Welwyn Garden Store
I visited the Welwyn Garden City store on Friday 10 May with my two energetic grandsons. We were served by Jacky who was most obliging, very helpful and patient with the demands of two small boys. We were with Jacky for what seemed like hours but she maintained a smile , continued to act in a friendly professional manner throughout our visit. Well done Jacky.

A good experience buying sandals for our twins.
We went to the store to buy sandals for our twin grandsons. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. She understood what it was like to have twins as she also had twins. One pair of sandals were already discounted but the others were not , but she was quick to ask if we were members of the twins club so that pair could have our discount applied.

Wonderful service at Welwyn Garden City Clarks shoe shop, with Lisa. The patience of a saint, able to keep calm and focused on each customer. Gave my daughter time to make a decision she’s happy with. Thanks Lisa!

Great service very professional assistant Lisa bought shoes for my granddaughter for school would now prefer to go into Clarks shop get my granddaughters feet measured and buy from shop rather than order on line I have had trouble with delivery
