Fabulous

Lovely, friendly staff who were great with my children. Didn't have to wait long despite it being peak (week before back-to-school) due to efficient queuing system and plenty of staff members on.
Plenty of stock with lots of sizes available, too.

FANTASTIC

Alex from the Wolverhampton store today was great!!

I explained my two kids are ASD and non verbal and warned that my one child can be difficult as she doesn't like to be held never mind anyone touching her feet. But Alex got the job done was very patient, she measured their feet, asked what I liked came with matching as I requested and was out the door all within 10 minutes! I dread shopping trips as normally can be very difficult but today I am very impressed and Alex definitely deserves a big praise!

Thank you for making something so major and stressful to us normally so relaxing and quick Alex. Will definitely return to this store.

Maja was the amazing member of staff…

Maja was the amazing member of staff that helped me and my son get measured and fitted for his new school shoes my son has SEN and Autism and maja was amazing with him and chatted with him while he was being fitted
Thank you so much for making our shoe fitting pleasant for my son

Fast service even when busy

Although I went when it was the busiest time (with everyone getting their kids new school shoes, like myself) we were served very quickly. Both my children had their feet measured and purchased new shoes. The very lovely, Jessica served us this time, not only was her customer service wonderful but she gave some great advice to my kids. She was very friendly, kind and connected with my children. Thanks Jessica.

Harleen at the Wolverhampton store

Harleen at the Wolverhampton store, helped us today to pick out my son’s school shoes and school trainers. Her service was amazing and she was very helpful. Harleen made my son feel very comfortable with her calming nature and constant engagement with my son. Definitely recommend Harleen.
