Excellent products with fabulous customer service shout out to Raj for helping me with picking quality trainers

Raj at the Wolverhampton branch was very helpful and provided me a speedy service when it came to selecting the correct shoes for me.

Elly worked her magic with my 2 year old to make the fitting process an enjoyable one (which is nothing short of a miracle with a headstrong toddler). She took time and care and went above an beyond to find us appropriate shoes for his needs whilst sourcing the most affordable option. Thank you Elly!

We were assisted by a lovely young man called Cassius at the Wolverhampton branch and he was absolutely brilliant with my twin girls. The twins changed their minds about their school shoes and sizes multiple times and he was so patient and accommodating. He complied with their requests with a genuine smile, he never looked impatient or exasperated. He helped them pick the perfect fit and made recommendations on aftercare products. The girls love their new Clarks shoes. I would recommend them to any parent.

Tas was friendly and knowledgeable. She measured my son’s feet professionally and quickly.

We were served by Raj in the Wolverhampton store. She was the most helpful shop assistant I've been served by for a long time. She helped my son find the perfect school shoes. Even my son said afterwards "she was really helpful"!

Tina at the Wolverhampton store was amazing, she made what is usually a stressful experience stress free - a minor miracle with an autistic child! She was patient, understanding and seemed completely unphased as our 7 year old decided to test the durability of Clarkes shoes by dancing his way up and down the shop! In and out with a pair of shoes and trainers with no fuss or meltdowns - an absolute, but welcome rarity for us!

Friendly experience for my son to get shoes for school. We came early for our appointment but was seen to sooner. We were served by Joshua BP who was friendly and patient with my son to help decide. Fortunately he didn’t overwhelm us with too much choice it made the process smooth and quick.
