On the Canadian website it clearly states online purchase returns are free.
When I received my order the information on the packing slip stated there would be a $5.00 fee for a return??? misinformation
When I called customer service they told me I can return to the Vaughan mills location for free.
When I called Vaughan Mills they informed me that I cannot return online purchases to the store??
More misinformation.

Et en plus il vous envoie des messages pour expliquer qu’ils sont désolés que vous pouvez les contacter à telle adresse et l’adresse ne correspond à rien, on tourne en rond de réclamation en réclamation, c’est vraiment l’exemple d’une marque qui se moque de ses clients…
J’ai rarement vu ça, heureusement pour moi.

I am stuck with a return package that is blocked, the ONLY one who can solve it is Clarks and their logistics handler Bleckmann because they are the official senders of the package.
No one is answering neither on Clarks chat, Clarks Contact Us form or Bleckmann by email.
This is resulting in the goods not being reimbursed.
It is so sad to run an iconic brand in such way. The brand does not deserve this.
I will most likely stop buying Clarks after 20+ years loyalty.

Reading the reviews here I was worried about my returns, for I'd marked returns incorrectly in the online tool. The online returns tool doesn't allow modifications, something Clarks needs to pay attention to and fix.
On emailing the Belgian customer service in the local language ( in Dutch) I received immediate assistance with my returns and have been promptly refunded in two weeks time. No hassle.
I have kept three pairs of shoes and I'm satisfied with my purchase. The shoes are comfortable and a good fit.
I've been shopping with clarks for more than a decade and I'm happy with the customer service I received.
I bought two sandals online after trying them in the store and not finding my size in both models in one place, took more than 10 days to receive them, after receiving them the fit of one was not right so I initiated a return, second one I decided to keep after walking in it for 15 mins to the supermarket next to my house, My toe got burnt from the leather and i had terrible blisters on both feet, I decided to return it as well, It's been 3 weeks since then and I have no refund or confirmation that my return is being processed
customer support is horrible and non responsive !!! and I am never buying from them again honestly
update: yesterday after waiting about 40 mins to get connected to customer support, Agent was very nice and was able to confirm my return got lost in transit and my refund was issued and I should receive it in a couple of days

I returned order 1005692029 in two parts. 1 item on July 31, 2024 with return number 1000091417045. The other item on August 3, 2024 with return number 1000091521989. They have not been processed yet. The payment term at Klarna will expire soon. The processing takes a very long time. Contacting Clarks via the form on their website is pointless because there is no response. How long will this take?? FIX IT!

Still no refund. Whenever I reach out they give me a form to fill in. Already filled forms more than 5 times however seems they are just ignorant. I will write one complaint here each day until I get my refund back.
I have refused a package and it was delivered to you on 29th July. It’s been more than 15 days I am struggling to get my refund. Have sent emails, wrote by filling complaint form however no response. You don’t have a number to reach out to customer care. Why do you torture your customers ?

No refund. After 5 weeks the sole of my shoes started to tear. They admitted that it is a material defect, after I send pictures as a proof. They told me to take them back to a shop in my city because I bought them during my vacation. But they refused and Clark’s only offered me 25% discount on the next pair! Would you buy another pair after this happened? And only 25%! It’s a shame!!! No more Clarks.

Edit 17/08/2024: They emailed me the EXACT SAME INVALID LABEL. It's unbelievable, do not order from this store!
I ordered a pair of ballet flats on the 03/07/2024 from the clarks website (clarks.com). Order number: 1004991632.
When I tried to return then they sent me an INVALID return label. Contacted costumer support several times.
On 23/07/2024 I was told that I would be sent a new valid return label.
Today is the 02/08/2024 and I am still waiting for the label!!
This company is a SCAM, complete rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Costumer service was excellent to help me with a quality control problem. Am I happy a piece in my beautiful sandals broke? No! But they sent me a request for refund and were quite quick to respond!
I wanted to unsubscribe from the mailinglist. This does not work. I can mark the button to unsubscribe but then you have to confirm it, and this does not work. Therefore I cannot get rid of the emails sent to me. I wrote to customer service and the reply I received was that this is the only way to unsubscribe. Not a big help as this is not working. Very unsatisfactory!!!

I have ordered four pairs of shoes for my kids. Size wasn’t good so I have returned them. That’s ok happens. Return was accepted for all four pairs however money refunded was for only one pair of shoes. Angela from customer care team told me I need to chase and figure out what went wrong leaving me as a unnecessarily middle man chasing where is my money. I find it shocking that big company like Clark’s is putting on customer to chase badly done refunds. I have bought shoes on 26.05.2024 refund for one pair was on 19.06.2024 and now is 23.07.2024 and I still have not received money back. I will never buy shoes from Clark’s again as it’s not worth the hassle they putting on a customer.
