Made an appointment with Clarks in Northwich to measure and hopefully purchase some school shoes for my son. We were greeted at the door by the Assistant Store Manager Jess Savas and could not believe how polite all the staff were. Jess measured my son's feet and produced a range of school shoes that my son would like and explained the benefits of each pair ensuring the correct fit and that my son was comfortable wearing them and walking around in. Jess was spot on with the shoes and we purchased them. In fact we were that impressed my wife asked if she could choose a pair of shoes for herself. Even though we did not have an appointment Jess was only too pleased to help, therefore we ended up purchasing another pair of shoes. In our opinion Clarks at Northwich provides polite, helpful staff who really know how to treat customers ensuring that customers have a pleasent shopping experience and I can only say that it comes from the top i.e. the assistant store manager Jess Savas knows her customers and has guided her staff that way. Well done Clarks of Northwich especially Jess Savas.

I took my two children for school shoes at the Bolton Market Place store. We had an assistant called Jasmin who was very professional and friendly. Will definitely go to this store again.

Today we bought two pairs of shoes at the Trafford centre branch we were dealing with colleague named Fatima. My son has cerebral palsy so wears a splint on his right leg. This can be a struggle to get shoes to fit. Fatima was amazing working with Adam and advising us for the best fitting shoes. Thanks to it you was a very positive shoe shopping experience. I went to Clark’s in SaInsburys Heaton Park. My granddaughters needed their feet measured and some new shoes for school. We were served by Elizabeth and she was focussed, kind and knowledgeable. She was very personable and patient and we were delighted with her attention.

Went Clarks in Trafford centre first time. Kids school shoes shopping is not the easiest thing to do at the best of times. However throughout the heat the screaming small children and my indecisive 11 year old, Jamie the retail assistant was calm, person centred, polite and kind. A real asset to the store, would definitely return as a result.

I took my son to buy him some school school and the service by Sandra was excellent. I could not have asked for a more helpful and friendly member of staff. What excellent customer service. Thank you.

Meg in the Preston Deepdale store provided excellent service when fitting our daughter with different sized shoes due to her disability. It takes extra time and effort to ensure styles are the correct size and style and Meg made us feel that this was is no way inconvenient. Thank you

Brilliant customer service from Kim on arrival, and Meghan was amazing fitting my Grandson Cooper for school shoes. Well done girls!

I have waited over 72 hours for a reply to the DM.
I have also emailed... No response.
I have taken shoes into the store... Can't help as I bought online.

This is awful.

My sandals lasted a month... Broke on holiday... Had to rush out and buy new sandals.

The sole split in half... Hydrolysis.

I purchased some lovely shoes again from Clarke Kings Heath Birmingham. Always a wonderful service ,the staff are always helpful and friendly. Kaz has given her honest opinion and sound advice on many occasion and today was no exception.

I rang Honiton Clark’s today about fitting my daughter and nephew for school shoes. I spoke to the lovely Gem who managed to fit us in with short notice. My nephew normally refuses to have his feet measure but today was different as Gem was fantastic and made this a fun experience which he loved every minute of!
We came away with two happy children and two pairs of school shoes which they are very excited to wear in September. We will definitely be visiting again!

I had to return a recent purchase due to a sizing problem. The assistant, Fatima, had the problem sorted in no time. The manager was also most helpful. We have visited the store three times in recent months, and each time, the service has been outstanding. Many thanks.

I’m slowly recovering from a bad ankle injury and desperately needed smart comfortable sandals. I went to Carmarthen Clarks Shoes and Sarah and Harvey were absolutely brilliant. They went back and forth getting different sizes and widths to ensure I had the right size. They’re help and care was invaluable to me. I can’t thank them enough.

I went into the Swansea Branch on Saturday whereby I was greeted by Katie. A lovely young lady who saw to all my requirements. She measured my foot and found the exact shoe that fitted perfectly and ordered them online for delivery to my place of work.

We have used Clarks Carmarthen for our 2 year old daughter Jasmine. On all 3 occasions, we have been served by Sarah (Assistant 76) I highly recommend using this store its always very clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Sarah is really skilled in her work and provides an excellent service. She is very natural, always friendly and patient which makes a visit to the store a special experience. Big fan of Jasmines new shoes too, thanks Clarks!

I paid money but they didn't deliver my shoes. I tried but couldn't contact Clarks via any channel.

I returned two pairs of shoes I ordered together online that didn't fit and only received a refund for one pair. I completed the online Customer Service form for follow up- no response. I sent a second complaint to thier Customer Service-crickets.. I tried calling and eventually got through to a representaive who stated they "refund the returns individually" and not as an order as I paid and that the refund for the second pair would come later. Three weeks later still no refund. I tried calling the customer servive line during the day and the recording says they are closed. Once they have your purchase they don't want to honour thier returns.

Went to the store in Bournemouth town centre and was served by Ruth who helped find the comfiest shoes for me. Great service.

I have had the pleasure of visiting your Foregate street in Chester store three times over recent months with my two youngest sons and my elderly father. My thirteen year old is ASD and therefore struggles with social communication and remaining eye contact -Jasmine has been so kind, patient and understanding with him on all occasions and has made the chore of buying school schools a delight! Jasmine has provided outstanding customer service to all three generations of my family and along with her colleague, Suzanne who was there on our last visit are the reasons we will continue to return to the store and remain with Clark’s shoes. Well done Jasmine and Suzanne you are assets to your employer - keep up the great work!
