Went into Huddersfield clarks …my mum needed some comfy shoes … kath was really helpful … showed us styles she thought would be best … brought them out to try … even going as far as to put them on for my mum she was really impressed… so great ful thank you kath … we will definitely come back .

I bought a pair of Clarks Desert Boots and the soles are super slippery in rainy weather. Many times I risked falling, and 2 months ago it happened (real aquaplaning), I crashed to the ground and leaning on my right arm I suffered a strong contusion, to the point that I hardly slept from the pain. Now, after 2 months I still have a very strong pain in my right arm that I can hardly use it. Luckily I haven't broken any bones. Moreover, but this is nothing compared to what I suffered, the outline of the soles, painted black, has all faded into yellow-orange spots on a black shoe. I only give one star because I can't give any.

UPDATE: After Clark's customer service replied to my review on Trustpilot, I contacted them on the Facebook page they provided me and there they replied that they were only dealing with UK customers and to turn to another service they gave me the contact. Explained again what happened, they replied that I was not among the customers who had purchased their product online and to provide them with more information. I told him that the pair of shoes had been bought a few years earlier in a Turin shop in Italy, that it was available for verification, but customer service has disappeared. Indifferent to my arm pain caused by a pair of shoes. ZERO STARS.

The quality of their school shoes has really gone down hill. My son is on his third pair of school shoes in one year due to the previous pairs breaking (he’s in Year 5). I’ve just tried to return my daughters shoes (bought in September last year) due to there being a tear in the patent leather and the sole pulling away for the shoe. I’ve been advised she cannot have a new pair unless she’s refitted and if she’s gone up a size, we can have a new pie at 50% discount! In previous years, the shoes used to last a year which is why I spent the money on ‘quality’ shoes. However, now they can do one and I’ll be buying shoes elsewhere at less cost and will not mind buying two pairs of shoes during the course of the year.

I called into the Clarks Shoes branch in the Spindles Centre in Oldham. I was greated by a very pleasant, cheerful and knowledgeable sales person called Jane. She was very professional and was capable of assessing my needs and suggesting suitable, affordable foot wear. Through her guidance I have started to rebuild my stock of wearable shoes and I am now more confident that the shoes I have purchased will not exacerbate my problem. Clark's shoes have a comprensive, stylish range of footwear and together with exemplary levels of
service why would I go anywhere else.

I found going to Clarks shoes very pleasant the staff where very helpful. I was looking for some work shoes that will be comfortable to wear has I work for the NHS and have to do very long hours , the sales assistant called jillian at the Halifax store was very helpful and helped me to find the right footwear

I was shopping in Exmouth and was tempted by the boots I saw in the window of Clark’s. I was greeted by a very helpful girl called Ogla. She was charming and considerate, it was a pleasure shopping, she made the experience a delightful one.
She discussed the warmth of the boots, their design and how to care for them. She even noticed I had left my gloves behind and called out to me! This young woman is an absolute asset to your company. Thank you for all your help today!

Took our Grandson for his first big boy shoes today at Clarks Washington retail shops 29.1.22. We were approached by Alexander who was absolutely fabulous and so informative. He measured, advised, assissted, checked, double checked and off we went with new shoes. Such a lovely experience. Definitely wlill be back.

I hate shoe shopping as I have terrible foot issues, but a huge thank you to Aleena at the Trafford Centre store!! I am so happy with my three pairs of shoes. Aleena spent ages making sure that I could actually get shoes that fit me properly, including my orthotics, and what a pleasant, knowledgable young lady. Thank you so much Aleena, you absolutely made my day if not my year! I was so impressed I went back 30 minutes later with my husband and he got two pairs of shoes and, again, amazing service from Aleena..Thank you!
All the time we were there we could hear the other staff members, also serving customers in a polite and helpful way.. we will definitely shop here again.

Went into clarks in the trafford centre on monday to get my sons feet measured and we were served by Sana who was extremely helpful and when she bought out the shoes we wanted she also bought out other choices which were also from the sale. We ended up taking three pairs of shoes, we 100% recommend Sana’s service to anyone who visits clarks in trafford.

I bought some shoes from the store in Worcester. They informed me that the shoes I bought replaced another line which was now discontinued. I have been buying Clark's shoes for 40 years and they do keep changing the range and very often when you find a shoe that suits, they then change it. In this case the new shoes, which cost £135.00 per pair were uncomfortable and the tongue of the shoe dug into the top of my foot and caused it to blister.
I emailed Clark's with a complaint and they haven't bothered to reply.
It is the last time I will buy Clark's shoes.

Got great service from Iman in the Trafford Center even when the shop was very busy

I went into Clarks Shoes in Southport town centre last Tuesday 18th January 2022 and was served by two sales assistants , Mandy and Callum , who were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The level of customer service was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

Please can you look into my query I have been treated verybadly with false promises and continuous lies to avoid a refund

I bought my daughter shoes from Clarke’s in August for school

The patent at the top of the shoes has come off and I was advised my Clarke’s assistant in the Leicester branch that it is a manufacturing fault
I did not have a receipt so was advised to get a statement which I did
I return to the store with my statement and was advised that I cannot get a refund as they could not find the item
After highlighting that it was a ladies shoe as her foot measure 4.5 they finally found it.
Once the found the item and were able to do a refund it suddenly was not a manufacturer fault but was down to wear and tear.
I am not sure how parent coming of from top of the shoe is wear and tear
Also to make matters worse my daughter was measured a size 4 in the store five months after being measured and fitted with a shoe 4.5

Has a mother of 3, I know how important it is to get the right fitting shoes for our children, especially school shoes has our babies wear them 6 + hours a day so comfort and durability is very important.
I shop at clarks has I always feel my children leave feeling they have a good pair a shoes that fit well and last the whole school year, unless they grow out of them.
I never have had any issues in-store staff have always been happy, good with my kids and always been honest about the shoes, ect if they are suited to the child's feet....

Today I took my youngest Two children to the store we always use, 21, 22 Long Row W, Nottingham NG1 2DH

to get measured and fitted for new school shoes, Well what an absolute mess!!
This is not saying the girl wasn't nice she was, she was lovely with my daughter and son personally I think the girl in question should change career and go into child care, has her shoe fitting wasn't up to scratch!!!
She put my daughters she's on the wrong feet, said the shoes my daughter wanted and tried on was a good fit.
I could see they was slipping, she called her boss who said the shoes wasn't the correct style for my daughter too bulky, to low on her ankles and wrong size.
The girls boss sorted her out!!!
My son was measured the girl said he's a 13.5f ( in the end she was right)
She called another girl over who said he's a 13f because its best to go to a 13 if it says 13.5 basically she didn't have a clue.
My son kept saying the shoes hurt his feet.
I checked it was clear that the shoes was too small has the velcro wouldn't pull to fasten to tighten them up.
I asked for a bigger size she again called her boss she re fitted his shoes he was a 13 5 G
The boss said the shoes was too small.
The boss did say to the girl when trying kids shoes on make sure you do it when they are sitting, not standing.
The standards in this store sure wasn't there this time!
Yes my children eventually got correct fitting shoes, come on Clarks what's happened ?
Hopefully the girl will make better progress along with other staff member's....

I visited the clarks shop in Trafford Centre today to find shoes for a Christmas party night tomorrow! I was attended by Charlotte. She was really friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. With her help I found the perfect shoes, and they were in the sale. Lovely and relaxed atmosphere in the store today, all the staff had a smile. I was given advice re fit, insole etc. I enjoyed my visit and so pleased with my shoes. I shall definitely return. Its how a "proper" shoe shop should be. Thank you Charlotte!

Last Friday morning,(10/12) I went to buy a new pair of boots from Clarks with the thought in mind to bin the old pair straight away.
Not only Deniqueka went beyond her comfort zone and brought me few pairs to try but she also offered to get rid of the old pair for without even telling her my intention:..now that's some skill... reading people's minds!!!!
With a "highly contagious" positivity, openness and flexibility, Deniqueka has turned a miserable, wet and grey day into a very pleasant one, for me.
As for the quality of the boots... Clarks has never ceased to amaze me... pouring down with rain ... not a drop into them and comfy as usual!

Excellent customer service, especially by Jess. She was very helpful and polite ensuring we were completely satisfied with our purchases.

I find it very difficult to find footwear that is both stylish and comfortable but Jess brought out boots for me to try which I would not have chosen. They were perfect. Thank you Jess.

I needed a pair of insoles. Thought I bet Clark’s will still do them. So I went in and within seconds I was assisted to a packet and within moments I was trying on several pair of boots!! Siaqa was a superb sales person !! I couldn’t believe I walked out with a nice pair of boots and was relieved I didn’t buy more! She was good!!!!
