after a mishap on my part .i must give praise where due .adam sorted out my problem and helped with getting The right earrings for my daughters 21st on Friday .they arrived this morning very delicate and pretty .i really cant thank them enough for turning a stressed up mum into a calm lady thank you adam and i look forward to buying again from you

I ordered 5 items from Claro back in November 2023, and had no issues, along with very fast (I think it was next day) delivery.

However, my huggie earrings clasps broke in March 2024 but Claro were very helpful to solve the issue! They paid for my postage to send them back to them and fixed them free of charge.

Have recommended them to loads of my friends! I just hope they expand their collection and introduce some new trendier pieces soon.

Amazing Service and very quick delivery. They dispatched on the 2nd January and I got the item on the 3rd, less than 24 hours later. The earrings are beautiful and £50 cheaper than what I found on the high street for the same pair. Thank you!
