When I started my Barre Studio I needed a scheduling/software provider and after intensive research, found ClassFit. They offered so many features and were the only company who charged a percentage for fees with an incredibly reasonable cap. I have almost zero tech skills and they went above and beyond to help me get up and running! The availability of support is always outstanding and it was so easy to implement the system. You don’t even need a website as you can run everything on your ClassFit page. They’re always adding new features, (some premium - like branded apps!) and I would highly recommend to anyone just starting out or scaling their business.
I use this app to manage my Pilates reformer studio. The app does everything from booking classes, taking payments and managing waitlists. All I need to do is let them know what classes I’m running and all the admin is done for me. Very simple to use and takes all the stress out of managing the timetable. Excellent customer service with emails and queries answered within an hour or so. Would highly recommend.
They have been amazing and truly amazing to my clients. My clients can talk directly to the staff and get the answers directly from them! If you don’t have ClassFit, as a boutique fitness studio owner- it’s a must! They truly care!

My experience with ClassFit has been great! The help staff are very quick at replying and sorting out any problems that arise. It is a simple easy booking process from a client point of view. The thing I commend the most is that they are very mindful of the struggles of a small business and their billing accounts for this. Great service, highly recommend!
ClassFit is genuinely awesome. It's super easy to use, the team are lovely and extremely responsive, and the system itself makes it really simple for clients to register and book onto classes. It's also incredible value for money. I am stoked to have found it!
Just wanted to let you know that I am really impressed and happy with Classfit. It does what I need, without being complex. My yogis are happy with their experience. I have also found that if I have a question, you get back to me really fast and answer the question well.
As a small yoga studio I find classfit to be the perfect booking app. It does just about all the things I need to run my little space and it's very good value. Defo the best out there for the cost. No matter what software you get, there will always be something that doesn't quite fit or work for you but classfit offers pretty much everything I need and takes away all the time and stress of trying to manage bookings and payments yourself. Their support is also excellent. I have had a few minor hiccups here and there but the classfit team are super responsive and helpful and have quickly resolved any minor issues. They really want to help and that is refreshing. I have been with them for a while and my students are happy using the system and so am I. Great value and great service.
Compared a lot of different providers but ultimately went with classfit because of their pricing and their features were everything i wanted. Very happy I did - been with them for 6 months and have not had any issues. All my customers find it easy to use as well which is the main thing.
Have moved to Classfit as needed an improved more user friendly interface. Customer Service is really good all the way from demo sessions and communication beforehand to any support since then

I'm not great with technology but their help team has been great with helping me set up. I booked in 3 demos/ sessions with them and they were so helpful! The pricing was the best i looked at too.
I don't normally write reviews but I've had such a great experience with Classfit. I spent months looking for software that wasn't crazy expensive. Was recommended classfit by a friend and it's been great. Really affordbale and customer service has been great. Only point of improvement would be it would be great to add more email marketing capability. I like the Mailchimp plugin but having it all in one system would be even better. Apart from that, I would recommend to anyone looking for class booking software - I looked at a tonne, and classfit was by far the best value.
Would definitely recommend Classfit and the team. They've helped me on so many different occasions and i'm always amazing by how fast their customer service is. I switched from another platform and they made the whole process so easy.

So happy I found ClassFit. I looked at so many other providers but they were all a lot more expensive, ClassFit is a lot cheaper whilst still doing everything I need for my small studio. I had a few setting up issues but the customer service helped me resolve everything in the same day!! Would highly recommend.
I've trialed classfit for a few days but decided against it because pages seemed to crash and it didn't have all of the features I needed. Few month later I noticed I was being charged. I don’t recall enabling the paid plan in the first place, but it is of course possible that I forgot. However, what I really didn't like was the lack of any communication on the part of the company. Normally, I would expect a reminder few days prior to the transition to the paid plan and an email with the payment confirmation & invoice after the customer is charged. If there was at least one of these two emails I would have noticed it after the first time I was charged. This “let’s not say anything and see if they remember” approach feels a bit scammy and to be honest I haven’t seen it used for a while by any respectable company. On a different note, I’m not even sure how legal it is in Europe to not send any invoices or payment confirmations after charging the credit card. I had to request invoices via email because the platform doesn't provide them in the customer account and I'm yet to receive them.
