Can't move forward with their AI CUSTOMER SERVICE... Before ordering, please check their HONG KONG company profile (Terms of service: Article 2) and return & refund policy, it will say a lot...

The return form literally says “insert return address here.” That’s not a minor oversight, that’s an amateur mistake that immediately undermines any trust in your operation. A big RED FLAG.

I will not accept a return process that requires me to ship the item to CHINA at my own EXPENSE, while you operate as an EU business.

PLEASE CHECK all their 1/2/3 star reviews instead of their 4/5 FAKE AI Reviews guys..

The jerseys are of great quality. Unfortunately, the jerseys were too small, but thanks to excellent and friendly communication from customer service, we were still able to arrange a different size. Very satisfied!

Quality of football kit is excellent. Postage took a while but it was certainly worth the wait!

Kit quality amazing, customer service excellent

I ordered a football shirt. They sent the wrong one. They said they would send a new correct shirt which never arrived.
I requested a refund which they refused. I informed them of their legal responsibility. I either needed the correct item or my money back. They still refused and they tried to threaten and intimidate me. They said they would charge me additional admin costs if I did not drop it.

Of course I did not back down to such scammers. I contacted my bank and asked for a charge back. I provided all documentation and the chain of emails between myself and their customer 'support'. Inevitably I got my money back from the bank and justice was done. But I never got my shirt and I was out of pocket for months.

I would advise you steer clear of this crooked, failed scam artist of a company.

I have been searching for retro classic shirts for a long time. Ordered from places like eBay etc and been disappointed as the sizing is always messed up. I ordered the Brazil 98 shirt in Large from eBay 2 years ago. Was a little tight. Took a chance and ordered the same in large from here, it was perfect. It fits perfect, the quality is perfect and got delivered very quickly. Will be ordering again soon.

One wash and the sponsor is falling off. I just received my Ajax 94/95 shirt a few days back and i wore it. After 1 wash at 30 degrees [luke warm even when the label says wash at 40] the ABN AMRO letters are falling off. I want a refund for order #61316.

UPDATE: I was quickly contacted by customer support and they were very friendly and forthcoming about the issue. I was told that I would receive a new one at no cost and that this shirt was faulty. The expectation is that the replacement shirt will be good. Taking this exchange into consideration I am satisfied for now and will await the replacement shirt.

Great selection and price. My son was suprised I found this classic jersey.

Unfortunately the first shirt we received was damaged. We then asked for a replacement which took forever to arrive and was also damaged! Third time lucky, the shirt arrived swiftly and undamaged.

Had to wait quite a while for delivery. Kits look nice but I had an issue with quality of Barcelona one it snagged in a lot of places on first wear that said company were very helpful & sent a replacement.

Great service! Even after the delivery company didn’t do the necessary they immediately stepped in to make sure the order did arrive at its destination.
