After sending Multiple Emails and Photos of a Bad Hydraulic (ie:Gravity Lift) and requesting a Replacement so the foundation head can adjust correctly and not stick in my back,Ive received NO RESPONSE.Im very upset as Ive bought TWO Zero Gravity Beds from them via Amazon.This Head Lift doesnt close all the way leaving the top half of the foundation sticking up.They claim wonderful customer service,well lets see it!Answer my Emails!

I purchased a Classic Brands Bed from Wayfair 3 yrs ago. My warranty just expired and I happened to have misplaced my remote for the bed. I spoke with Classic Brands Rep, she asked me to send bed tag so she can supply me with an order form for the remote. Now she says its an old model and is trying to get me to purchase a full kit for $240.00 in order to use my adjustable bed ever again...this is atrocious, I have herniated discs and have loved my bed for 3 yrs straight..NOW I NO LONGER HAVE AN ADJUSTABLE BED TO USE-- JUST A FLAT BED.. this is disgusting behavior on the part of a company. Talk about exploiting customers.

Ordered an expensive bird feeder- birds could not perch or eat from it- they refused to consider a return as they do not take back used it's- BUT IT HAD TO BE USED TO KNOW IT DID NOT WORK.
