Classic Brands does NOT Respond to Multiple Emails…
After sending Multiple Emails and Photos of a Bad Hydraulic (ie:Gravity Lift) and requesting a Replacement so the foundation head can adjust correctly and not stick in my back,Ive received NO RESPONSE.Im very upset as Ive bought TWO Zero Gravity Beds from them via Amazon.This Head Lift doesnt close all the way leaving the top half of the foundation sticking up.They claim wonderful customer service,well lets see it!Answer my Emails!
