Outstanding service and advice
I am a Canadian who happened to contact Richard while on the ferry from the Isle of Man. I explained my plan to bring some castor-based oil back home for my vintage Nortons.
Richard listened to my plan, and wisely sent the Safety Data sheets for the oil without me asking. I compared the information to the airline’s requirements by uploading to Chat GPT. This produced a ‘green light’
I made the purchase and Richard personally delivered 5 litres to my Hotel in London!
We met in the lobby and I learned that Richard is a fine person and a true ‘petrolhead’.
I made it back to Canada without issues neither with Air Canada, Canadian Customs nor soiled clothes. All appropriate disclosures were made.
I never would have been able to do this without Richard’s thoughtfulness and excellent service in support of my crazy idea.
