Extremely disappointed with the quality
Extremely disappointed with the quality. I bought this jersey as a birthday gift for my brother, and the site listed it as brand new. However, the print on the jersey is seriously misaligned rather than centered, and parts of the printing are already peeling and rubbed off. My brother’s birthday is in a few days, and now I’m left without a present, which has ruined a special family occasion. Is this really the standard I should expect?

Unnecessary shipping fees
I had to pay 20 bucks of duty fees for shipping in order to even get the package. Last time it was shipped out to me as a gift, which caused it to have no extra fees. I am not sure why it wasn’t shipped out as a gift this time.

Because your order was shipped to Canada, our T&Cs explain that duty charges can sometimes be applied by customs, and unfortunately we don’t have control over when that happens. Sent Wrong Item; Packaging remains awful
First of all, you sent the wrong size.
Secondly, your packaging is atrocious. You put your shirts in a plastic bag without protection between the shirt (decals) and the packaging, so the packaging sticks to the plastic bag and damages the product.

I love the company and the values it stands for. It's great to know there's a business out there with a passion for trading in genuine vintage jerseys. I would love to see more Spanish and Latin American jerseys. I notice there's a strong English influence in your collection, so I highly recommend expanding into Latin America and the rest of the Americas. For example I would like to see Jerseys from the Copa Libertadores and Copa America winners, Colombian 1st division league, MLS, Argentinian, Brasileirao. Expand
