I ordered a shirt and it didn’t come as advertised
I ordered a shirt and it didn’t come as advertised. On the website it’s shown with sleeve patches and it came with none.
I see the CFS reply mentioned that the shirt was listed without patches and this simply isn’t true. I even took a screenshot of the listing to show evidence of this. It doesn’t make sense to include an image of things that are NOT included and display it with the product shots. If CFS makes this right then I’ll happily continue ordering from them and recommend them to friends/family.

I ordered a shirt last Thursday, and received it by 1.00 pm.,last Saturday which was exactly as scheduled.
I am very happy with the service and the shirt is in new condition which is exactly as described.

£200 shirt comes with orange stains
Great shirt, great online process.
However, I paid the extra to buy a shirt that was categorised as ‘Excellent’ condition and purchased it for £200 and the shirt comes with orange stains all down it!
I wouldn’t class this as excellent condition myself and I bought this as a gift so I was disappointed when it arrived. I reached out to them via email suggesting they should actually show pictures of damage for transparency and they completely ignored my email so just be careful when purchasing
