Everything about this process was simple.
Easy to buy the correct blinds, they came when they said they would. Good price. They were easy to install and look great

The Velux roof light telescopic pole is nicely made but not good enough for the intended task. I have used it for the first time, after the sun-lounge winter shutdown. The clip that locks each extended section does not work satisfactorily when either pushing or pulling. One or other of the spring loaded nipples springs out of its hole. I have remedied this with a jubilee clip screwed tightly around each lock. So the choice then is to leave it fully extended or, otherwise, have screwdriver to hand in order to erect and collapse each time it is used. That is oK for me but it isn't good enough for my wife to have to deal with it. Not clever!

The blind is so nice and true to descroption, however why i m giving 4 stars because there is no clear description on how to install . Other than that its a brilliant buy for a fraction of what others charge.

We had issues with the build of our home and some windows were not a size that matches any that are made anywhere.

But the team wanted to sort me out with the blinds and went above and beyond to get me the correct blinds that fitted my windows constant contact back and forwards and eventually getting blinds fitted in the end.

We can not fault this company one bit all they wanted was to make us happy and get us a product that work. Their customer service team was out standing and we would definetly use them again in the future and reccomend others to use.

I wish I had chosen a different supplier to buy these blinds. I am writing to say how very disappointed I am after buying and now installing 2 blinds from classic roof blinds. The blind itself has a hole in it where it is connected to the cassette which makes it useless as a black out blind. Also the instructions and video are appalling the camera used and light on the video were also terrible particularly where the details shown are out of focus. The whole thing is thoroughly unprofessional and turns what should be a fairly easy job into a nightmare. I emailed them and have had no reply in a week.

Arrived quickly, and good quality blinds. Easy to install, and work well/as expected. Bought cream coloured black out blinds and they look great and work perfectly.

Blinds are to the highest quality and easy to install. Size is perfect and blackout is total blackout which is what I wanted

We accidentally ordered the wrong size (despite doing our home-work on our old I.D number Velux windows.) The team couldn't have been more understanding and were SO helpful in every way (and very funny in to the mix!) Shame they don't make Plantation Blinds as that is our next requirement and We would have 100% bought from them if available.
