The unscented hand sanitizer is false…

The unscented hand sanitizer is false and matter of fact upon opening the bottle the solution has a horrible smell to it and once on the skin it took multiple hand washing with soap to get rid of the smell. Email listed to contact seller is not valid and received an 'undeliverable' message back and they don't return phone calls. They claim to be a proud American Company but that is a bunch of bulls**t. I disputed via PayPal and after two months finally got my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Product reviews are artificial. Poorly run company. Don't expect returns or to receive everything

CS is not trying to win customers for life, but rather customers on a whim.

Like others are saying, they don't care about you once they have your money. After I placed a $300 order, they would not respond to requests for help or return (within 30 days). The pre-shaves are a complete scam and I can't even return them. And, after only a couple shaves, my razor is dulled out and useless. Their sharpeners have not been restocked since the day I found their site, and I've not had luck with other sharpeners.

I've placed two orders with CS this past year. Both were several weeks late (especially given the 2-3 day shipping you're forced to pay). I had to email about both orders to see what the hold up was since they're no longer taking phone calls. On my second order, they assured me it shipped, but it hadn't until 2 weeks later right after I emailed them again. So I wonder if it would've even shipped at all had I not emailed twice.

A short time after, they sent an apology email with rewards points to all customers asking us to bear with them because of high volume of sanitizer orders and the death of an employee from covid-19. Sad as it is, it's hard for me to feel bad for them considering how they treat their customers. If you can't fill orders, don't take them. If my order hasn't shipped, don't tell me it has. If you know it's going to be late, how about make it free shipping? And if you're understaffed, maybe hire some of the millions of people without a job right now. Months later, I still haven't gotten those rewards points they promised, while they're rolling in the truckloads of cash they made from overpriced sanitizer.

Lastly, I got emails asking me to review products I just bought, so I did. None of my 3 reviews were ever published, as I suspected. They weren't bad reviews, but I realized they won't publish anything unless they're perfect 5-star reviews (like a lot of sites are doing now). If you're censoring reviews, prepare to be found out.

All in all, their razors aren't bad. And the cologne is actually decent. Just don't expect you'll be able to return anything, get any help from their customer service after purchase, or to receive your items anywhere near on-time despite being forced to pay for priority shipping.

I placed an order for a straight razor…

I placed an order for a straight razor and some supplies in mid-April. I was a bit anxious about the purchase when I didn't receive updates and didn't get a response from emails. I eventually did get a response via Facebook and received all the products ordered, shipped out that same day. It appears the company had closed for a period and has now re-opened. All products were up to my expectations. I'm new to straight razors. The first shave with a Hart Steel razor was difficult because it's a new thing for me. The razor is excellent as far as I can tell.

Poor customer service. Sanitizer smells horrible

I do not ordinarily place reviews online. I prefer to settle disputes directly with the proprietor without besmirching their reputation. In this case, I tried repeatedly to contact customer service, but heard nothing. Once I receive a reply, I will take down my unfavorable review.

After ordering hand sanitizer, I sent repeated emails and Facebook messages to customer service asking them to cancel the orders. This was all before the orders were fulfilled according to their online system. Three observations. First, they were duplicate orders. I only made one order for two gallons, but was processed for two orders totaling 4 gallons. Second, it took so long (several weeks) for the order to process that I was able to find another supplier, thus my reason for sending notice to cancel the order before it was processed. These notices were ignored. Third, I received all four gallons. We tried to use some of one gallon in one of the small 1 oz. containers. The sanitizer solution smelled absolutely horrible. We opened one more to see if the fragrance would be different, but it was worse.

We have been very dissatisfied, both with the product and with the customer service. I am out over $700 for four gallons of sanitizer I cannot use, a situation I find to be completely unacceptable. I have requested a return order (at proprietor expense) and a full refund of all products.

Scam

Scam. I ordered hand sanitizer and I thought I was getting a gallon for $23 with shipping. I reviewed my payment after the purchase immediately and seen it say 4 oz. I immediately tried to cancel I emailed them and told them I do not want the product. PayPal changed my dispute on their behalf to not getting the order instead of what I claimed as misleading . I was denied a payment. Price gouging during a time of crisis during covid19 is unacceptable and very sad. I’m disappointed with the company and PayPal. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and also calling fox 2 news to call out this bad company.

2-3 days = 30 days worth it? Furry Nope.

Paid for 2-3 day shipping and it’s been 30 days and have yet to arrive. Understand COVID 19 has mucked things up but, now I can’t even get a hold of customer service they don’t return emails in timely fashion. Don’t purchase screams, drop shipping. It’s US to US address and they want you to sign up with your messenger account to get updates. Don’t do it. There products might be good but can find better service options.

File a complaint with your Attorney General.

I have filed a complaint with my states Attorney General's office, I have. This is price gouging and is illegal. I suggest everyone do the same. I fell prey to the same scam. The picture showed a gallon for around 16 bucks. When I got my order confirmation it stated 4.5 with 3 to 7 day prioity shipping. I got a smaller 4.0 oz bottle 20 days later by USPS. I emailed their customer service within minutes of ordering, called numerous times to a customer service line that they are not taking calls from.

stay away!!

My friend paid around $25 and got 4 oz , I paid $35 and got 8,5 oz $10 of my cost was for expedited shipping that took over a month!!
We both thought we we ordering a gallon with a small bottle to refill. Website is unclear, misleading.
This is either a scam or they are utterly incompetent.
Stay away!

Disgusting Smell!

I ordered hand sanitizer from Classic Shaving after I read all the details about the product and the manufacturing process. One detail they left out is that it smells DISGUSTING! It smells like poop and plastic. It is so gross! They have my almost $50 for 2 8 oz. bottles of nastiness. I knew I was paying a lot for the size but I didn't know it would be so bad! Too bad for me and the others who bought this junk! AND why did they use Acrylic Copolymer when they could have used another less nasty gel?!
DO NOT ORDER THIS! IT IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! AND A RIPOFF!

Add another SUCKER to the list....

Bill (< ----SUCKER) fell for it... I read the website, sounded realistic & honest. After warning of other companies that don't show stock live when you order, take your money for something they may not have available for months " We are a producer. We have stock and we are shipping it daily." Additionally: " please expect that your order will packaged and shipped within 3-6 business days." Classic Shaving took my money from my account in seconds. but one MONTH later, no hand sanitizer/receipt/update email/response to my email! I realize things are a mess out there, but more realistic description on the website might have avoided some of the complaints. Evidently the management of Classic Shaving doesn't deal with the public...UNDERPROMISE and OVERDELIVER will keep people happy (AND the wallets open). Had I been told it could be a month, I'd have moved along-no harm no foul. I was relieved to find them, the "MADE IN USA" part, the availability issue (back then their note was dated in red within a day or so...no longer) as well as the touchy-feely note about only order what you need so everyone can get what they need... I didn't even look for reviews! So, today I called the bank to reverse the charges and focus on the 99% of companies run by upstanding human beings.

Sanitizer not usable. Requested to return.

I know they are trying but this is just not usable. It smells terrible and it cannot be covered up. It says unscented in the bottle which is not correct. Sent email and called to ask if this is a bad batch but no reply. Will take this up with credit cars company.

Scam During National Pandemic

Paid 175.89 for jug of hand sanitizer. Arrived nearly three weeks later and smells so bad...like indescribably bad...and the stink stays on for hours, transfers to clothes, furniture even after several vigorous hand washes. Spouse told me to bath in tomato juice. It made both me and my spouse dizzy and nauseous and I had to get it out of our house. Even the dog reacted to the smell rubbing his face along the carpet and whining. FDA needs to test this stuff. It unusable except maybe as an incendiary device and seems dangerous and unsafe. I’m afraid to get it near any flame or spark—might blow up my tool shed. Really pathetic this happens in the good old USA people profiting off hard working law abiding citizens trying to stay safe.

Do not order hand sanitizer from these people. I ordered a gallon. Overpaid like everyone else but thankful to find some. It took over a month to arrive and when it did the smell of the product was so horrible one family member started gagging. It was literally the worst thing I ever smelled. We ended up throwing the whole container a way. Total scam.
