You had the parts in stock great, your freight was half the price of the item locked into a minimum of 2 KG -I enquired about a reduction because the items weighed 300gms max at that price I expected express post it took 2 weeks also no tracking information supplied other companies can do this there is room for improvement sorry if this offends

I am sorry you feel this way but :
Cheaper shipping would mean not registered which is too much of a risk for us. Taking 2 weeks to arrive is to blame on the Dutch or English post company , not on us. Our system normally send out tracking info automatically. You say that did not happen so that is to blame on us indeed. Still I do hope that you enjoy the parts you have received. Take care !
