NEVER EVER subscribe to anything. Whether it be a ‘Free’ cookbook or sample. Once they have your email they will not go away. Unsubscribed 50+ times and still keep getting emails. This site is like a Rottweiler with a bone. They don’t let go.

You would have to be mentally ill to sign up for this. No way to unsubscribe

I subscribed to their email a few years ago, and despite blocking the contact and unsubscribing more than two dozen times, they still keep sending me emails. Looks like a huge scam to me. If I had the option, I'd not even give one star. This is horrible! Isn't there a law for spammers like this?

I am so grateful for Claudia Caldwell and the team! It's everything i need to help me stay on track with my eating and weight. I have successfully kept 80 pounds off using the various cookbooks and mealplans. Anytime I have had an inquiry, the team is always so kind and caring to help me through it. It has been an invaluable resource for me. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. Thank you Claudia Caldwell, and every wonderful person that makes up the CC team-especially Victor!! Its been a wonderful and "light" 2 years! Abundant blessings to you!

I have unsusbscribed about 20 times and I am still being bombarded by emails.

Have unsubscribed many times and still I get sent emails. Now when I hit the unsubscribe button it does nothing. It’s an absolute joke. I do not want to hear from this company. They don’t even deserve a one star . If you don’t want to be bombarded then I would highly recommend to stay away from them.

Somehow, I signed up unknowingly for a monthly subscription, I have written multiple times to cancel but they still try to collect . So much for their 60 day no questions asked refund promise! I had to cancel my PayPal account to stop them taking my money. PayPal were no help either. Thieves, liars, scammers, stay well away

It's pointless writing a review about this horrible company. They won't read it here and there doesn't seem to be anything we can do to stop these emails that keep on clogging up our SPAM folders. If you unsubscribe that just tells them your email address is still active and they flood you with more. I am not going to resort to changing my email address just because of this one scam but I wish there was some way of blocking that works.

Awful. So sick of unsubscribing. Blocking does not stop the mails. Customer service reply to say I have been removed from their mailing list only to be bombarded immediately.

Just DON'T DO IT! Signed up for free e-cookbook, watched video, couldn't get my "free" cookbook without giving credit card details, so unsubscribed. Months later, I'm still unsubscribing regularly and am still receiving 2-4 emails a day, threatening that it's my last chance for my "free" cookbook, etc, but they just won't go away. Steer clear.

Made the mistake to download an ebook. Ebook was trash of course and like everyone else they are spamming me for years now. I have unsubscribed idk how many times...

They have been spamming me for around 6 years. Ignoring unsubscribe option. Changing their email addresses to the new ones. Do not let them know your email.

This is the biggest scam. I've watched her video now and at the end they say free copy. You never receive it. You pay $30 a month subscription. It's very confusing how to cancel. It's very confusing. You never get it but you're charged for nothing. I've seen this scam all over the web. Beware anything with Claudia Caldwell keto diet? Stay away from it.

This is a con of epic proportions and wish I had read the reviews first, she is an immoral person who does not deliver but takes your money and needs to be flooded with bad reviews Awful awful awful!

I’d provide nil stars if possible. I’ve unsubscribed numerous times but still these unwanted emails clog up my inbox. Is it possible to please delete me from your mailing list. I’m totally uninterested in your recipes or whatever it is you’re flogging. I beg you please go away.

I don't even remember when I've given my email to download some recipes, it's years ago, and I still get spammed with useless clickbaity emails although I've unsubscribed multiple times.

I agree with everyone's review, horrible business. I made the big mistake of wanting some recipes and what a joke. There's no way to unsubscribe or block the nonstop incoming BS from this crap. Useless info that you don't need begging for you to click on something, it's too bad Outlook hasn't come up with a way to stop this insanity too. No matter how many times I have tried to BLOCK emails from them they keep coming.
