Dealing with Sam was easy and efficient when staying in touch until we had a date to move. Sam couldn’t have made it any easier for me to work with him.

On the day James and the lads made the move as easy and less stressful as they could have and made sure we were happy with everything that was going on and where everything was put.

I would definitely use again should we move but will be sure to recommend to anyone needing removal services.

Sam responded quickly to my request for a removal quote and he was able to react to my needs for a short notice move. This made life much easier, fitting in with time off i had to move. The members of the removal team were both efficient and courteous. They took great care with our belongings and did a great job. Thanks to all the team.

We have just completed a very protracted house move.Claverings team were excellent from start to finish despite a hitch (which meant the lads missed England v Germany footie match).
I would not hesitate to recommend Claverings Removals to anyone.

We moved last Friday on what was a very busy day for Removals in general! Due to the end of the stamp duty holiday, it seemed as though no one would be able to give us any decent service, but Sam from Claverings was excellent, coming to see us at very short notice and offering a competitive quote.

On the day, the team turned up in numbers at 7 am and was straight on the case with loading the vans. The team were cheerful and helpful throughout, and really worked together to ensure that our move went as smoothly as possible. There were some delays due to other people in our chain throughout the process, but the Claverings team were fantastic, and worked flexibly to accommodate our requests and move.

We didn’t finish until fairly late on in the day, but the team were still around to help move things in the new house, and reassemble beds et cetera to enable us to get our first night sleep in our new house.

Thank you to everyone in the team, especially those who stayed all day working so hard to make this move a success. We have decided we are never going to move again! But if we do we would choose Claverings (and make sure we got in plenty of biscuits for the guys)!

The team were Fantastic. Sam went to a lot of trouble to fit us in on short notice. They turned up on time despite having a 3 hour journey to get to us and Sam checked in regularly to make sure everything was going OK. So glad we got them to pack for us as it saved us days of work and was very efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

I literally cannot recommend this company enough!! Our completion was suddenly set with a weeks notice, and it happened to be the last day of the stamp duty before changes!! I am also heavily pregnant so really need removals to help move! I was recommended Claverings by someone online so I gave Sam a call and luckily he had a cancellation so could fit me in! He also said he would be able to help another person in the chain as well to ensure no hold up! It was all arrangement incredibly swiftly and all questions/concerns were answered straight away! (Despite Sam being out on site!).

Although our date had been set, it wasn’t agreed but all of the chain, so Sam agreed we paid 50% to secure the booking with the remainder within 24 hours once agreed by all parties.

Due to a couple of reasons, the date has now been moved and not quite so soon! I spoke to Sam this morning and he was so understanding and agreed to give me the 50% back so we didn’t lose any money!!

Sam has been absolutely incredible and so understanding!! So although we didn’t use his actual removal services, their customer service is absolutely incredible so I have no doubt about their ability to move us when we actually need it!

Excellent and friendly service. From the outset Sam and Gary were responsive and helpful; I received quotes promptly and they were very reasonably priced for my relatively small clearance job. On the day the team arrived on time as promised and got stuck in straight away so that I could get on with other things. All along the service was very professional and I would highly recommend Claverings.

After moving many times and using different removal companies, I can honestly say that my experience with Claverings Removals was second to none. The whole process from initial consultation and quotation to the hard graft of removals itself was seamless. The entire team are dedicated, committed, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. A really great service so far. A really personal service from the visit from Sam and providing a realistic quote. Lots of communication when the moving date didn’t work out as planned and was very flexible and understanding. Ted and Liam boxed up one day and the rest of the team moved us out the next. Sam arranged storage for us as we are having to wait a week before moving into to the new place. All the guys are friendly, careful and very polite. There was a little bit of scuffing of the walls but this is due to the awful configuration of the staircase when removing large furniture but otherwise all went well and hopefully the move in will be the same. Highly recommended.

The whole team made a massive positive difference to moving day, patiently answering questions and easing any worries that cropped up. A fantastic job completed by a fantastic team.

Sam and his team were professional and communicated well. Prompt visit for a quote, fair price negotiation and reassuring manner. Lots of boxes delivered in advance with tape and bubble wrap. Really flexible and helpful when we had to change date a couple of times. On the day, the team of movers were professional, efficient, careful and a pleasure to move with. Would recommend.

Sam and his team could not have been better. Our move was complicated as we were not in the country to even organise one house ready for moving or supervising placement of our things into the new house! They worked diligently, were prompt, polite and respectful of everything .
