Crypto “fund release” scam pattern — CLB-online & ACE Audit (my experience)riting this to warn others

I’m writing this to warn others. In my case, CLB-online and ACE Audit appeared to work together during a process that followed a common scam pattern: everything was framed as legitimate, but it kept escalating into new “steps” and extra payments.\n\nI was pushed into a crypto-based process (wallets/USDC) and was repeatedly told funds could only be released after additional requirements were met (fees/taxes/VAT/verification-type steps). Each time I complied or asked for clarity, a new payment or condition was introduced. This is a major red flag. If you are contacted with promises of quick fund release, high returns, or a “recovery/audit” process that requires crypto wallets and upfront fees, be extremely careful.\n\nI have documentation of the communication and payment requests. I do not recommend engaging with them.

CLB-online together with ACE Audit, has scammed me for over…

CLB-online has scammed me for over 45000 €
It's reported to law enforcement and a police report has been issued.
I did pay a lot of invoices in advance, which you should not do , but they seems and acted seriously but in the end it was only a scam.
The scam was led by a company ACE Audit, telling they operate from London, but main business is located in Malaysia.
Be aware!
Today 2025-04-12, I spoke to another victim in EU, who confirm the same amount of loss and in the same way.
A short resumé of their tactics.

The fund is in UAE and have to be moved to EU.
VAT payment to UAE has to be done.

A tax input in EU take place later

A fee to a ML ( Money Laundering organization ) has to be paid

When all above is settled in advance, we speak about minimun of 20 000€ they continue with their bluff debits, like
Move from one currency to another, which CLB debit a high provision every time.
When all above, remember this is a short story, we are finally ready to transfer the money! ( You think ! )
They claimed that I miss the last number in my wallet ( which I did not ) and that the money are gone.
IT doesn't stop here, but I do and the same process was adapted to another victim in EU.
None of the prepaid invoices was correct. All scam.
The problem with transferring to you wallet, missing one figure, happened in exactly the same way for the other victim in EU.
Stay away from them and the nice guy at Ace Audit in London, does not excist. He call himself Jake Donovan.
he is actually not that nice at all, when it comes to scamming people professionally!

No hidden fees

Appreciate the transparency in their fee structure. No nasty surprises when checking my account balance.
