Used Clean & Coat after they called regarding moss on the roof. They gave us a good quote and after years of considerable amounts dried out moss and dirt being picked off the roof by birds and being deposited on the patio, we took the plunge and went ahead.

The original contact was with Steve, who was courteous and answered all our questions.

Because of adverse weather the initial jet washing of the roof had to wait for suitable safe conditions but was carried out by two operatives whose names I do not recall, but who proved to be very efficient very polite and friendly and ensured that all traces of moss and dirt were removed. Groundsheets were used to catch all the mess and debris, the windows gutters soffits and facias and the conservatory in its entirety were all left totally clean and even the patio was given a wash and brush up.

Following this there was a long spell of rain and windy weather which delayed the final part of the job. However today 17/6/19 Jack and Dave arrived to complete the balance of the work. What a great pair of lads they were friendly and so helpful.

They worked non stop from 9.00 this morning until early evening, firstly treating the roof with a moss inhibiting spray, then making good to any defective mortar including ridge tile joints valleys and verges then applying two coats of protective finish and finally washing out all gutters and downpipes window ledges, the conservatory again in its entirety and clearing away all traces of of any rubbish. it made me tired just watching them.

End result is that it looks like a brand new roof

Our neighbour had his roof done. It looked amazing so we decided to get a quote. Pleased with every step of the process from the sales person that came out initially, the work undertaken, and the after sales. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone associated with the company has been polite and professional.

Absolutely over the moon... My Second job with this company and I couldn't be happier. A complete transformation to my home. I had my roof renovated 2 yeas ago by Clean and Coat and they did such a brilliant job.. Wow what a transformation.. and it still looks just as good now 2 years later, my tiles were badly faded, with moss and algae growing on every tile, my house looked tired and shabby. Clean and Coat refurbished my tiles, did all of the repairs (and there were quite a lot) and now it looks like a new roof...

This year I decided to have all new windows (12) and doors (3) so decided to go with Clean and Coat as they were superb first time around. The new windows and doors look amazing. From the Sales Rep and the Office staff to the nice young man who fitted the windows & doors I was given a 1st class service all round. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. My thanks to you all for making my home look and feel like new...

After having a rather rocky start to being on the property ladder, Matt and his team has put me at ease and shown me that you really can trust companies/workman once again.

The windows I have had fitted are amazing! They are exactly what was ordered and more. They look beautiful and most of all, they all match! Living on a main road isn't easy to block out the noise of traffic, but I can defiantly say we will all sleep blissfully with little interruption from now on.

Jay who fitted my windows was brilliant. He was very polite and easy to talk with. He ensured everything was covered before he started and left each room and outside spotless. The work he has done on my property is very sleek and to a high standard.

From start to finish I have received clear communication, they arrived promptly from the initial visit to when the work started and didn't finish the day without ensuring everything was completed and cleaned to the best of their ability.

I can not begin to express my gratitude to everyone involved with my order.

One thing I can say is, I will always recommend Clean and Coat and if I need anything else doing in the future there will be no hesitation on who I will call.

I own a medieval country boutique hotel which I have recently renovated and chose Clean & Coat for the exterior coating treatment, new double glazed windows in a Manager’s Sleepover Flat in a container which I have converted and also to fit an artificial lawn to help transform a stoned courtyard area.

As the building dates back to around 1450 there has been a lot of movement and the coating they offered instead of traditional paint meant that it would move with the building over the coming years. It also means I don’t have to repaint every year as it will last around 15 years. I was hesitant to start with that they would be able to colour match exactly but they could and they did. The colour is a perfect match and the care that was shown to the building was commendable.

Next was the old site container with its Grey aluminium windows. It now has new, double glazed glossy white windows and it’s transformed it into a home from home of which the staff do not complain about sleeping in.

The stoned courtyard was the only outside seating area and not in keeping with the rest of the building. So I asked for their top spec artificial grass which withstands even cigarettes! I have to say that this is really impressive and new visitors to the business have no idea that it isn’t real and it just needs a hoover every now and then!

My overall experience has been exceptional from my initial enquiries to the fitting and finished products. They were extremely competitive and I will be using them in the near future for my private property.

Had an artificial lawn fitted by clean and coat and I love it, visitors don’t believe me when I tell them it’s not real.
Customer service was really good, I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.

Hello just wanted to say thank you to all at clean and coat. I have had a artificial lawn at the front of my property and I am very very happy with the result. Gerrard did the survey and he was wonderful very helpful as I was a little nervous to be honest. Also spoke to Jan in the office on a couple of occasions and she also is very nice . The fitters did a great job and worked hard although can't remember there names now ordered a window and they gave me a discount many thanks

The overall experience of having two doors fitted was quite painless. The work was done on time and to a high standard. There were one or two snags that had to be resolved but after a telephone call everything now works well. I am very happy with finished job. Tim Melton

My 40 year old roof although structurally sound looked awful. it was covered with moss and lichen with the inevitable result that the rainwater gutters required frequent cleaning. It has just been renovated by Clean and Coat and I am pleased to say that it now looks like it did when new. The work was carried out in a timely manner and with minimum of disruption. The team that did the work also helpfully removed redundant TV aerials and fitted a chimney cowl for me. In spite a lot of mess during the process the site was left clean and tidy with all fascias and soffits having also been cleaned.

Pleased to report that a cheque for full amount of my deposit received on 14 March. Followed by phone call from Sales Manager , Daniel, who apologised & arranged for my Legal Fees to be reimbursed also.
He said that the absence of the Director abroad, & the bad weather contributed to their problem. They have also made changes to their Admin team.
My star rating is based solely on my experience with the Company's Admin & lack of communication.
I have friends nearby who have used this Company to have their bungalow roof cleaned & sealed & they were pleased with the work done.

Just had my roof cleaned and then sprayed with a fab paint stuff, rustic red i think it was called. . Gotta say that it looks right nice , much nicer than i thought it would

Recently had my roof renovated, extremely pleased with the complete contact I had with this Company, from initial meeting with the rep. Steven Parker who explained the complete process very clearly and was able to answer all of my many questions, there was no pressure and he was polite and friendly at all times. The same applied to the telephone contact with the office staff. The two staff who actually did the work I cannot fault once again the polite friendly manner, efficient completion of the work and the clean up afterwards could not be faulted. Indeed my local builder who does all building work I require was very complimentary about the finished product. I would certainly recommend.

Only just had our roof done, Stephen Parker came and although obviously hoped to get the job was not pushy, we decided to go ahead and are delighted. The first men who came to clean the moss off made a terrible mess, only to be expected, but when they left our brick weave, gutters etc were cleaner than when they started. The second team who came to treat and paint the roof worked very hard and repaired where necessary, we decided to have the grey finish, the original was rust red, we are so pleased we did, we love it. Well done everyone and Clean and Coat.

I could not be happier with the standard off work from clean and coat. I spoke with them after a family emergency arose to change the dates of some of the work I was having done by them and because of the situation they were very accommodating. The standard of work was excellent and I'm so happy I chose to use there services. A++++++

We signed to have our roof cleaned and coated on the 8th July 2016 on an asap basis and it is still not finished !! Their customer service is abysmal, they make false promises and then make excuses. I have lost count of the number of emails and telephone calls I have made to this company trying to get things done. My roof has been coated twice now but two dormer ridges, all the valleys and one of the verges have not been pointed. They sprayed over the loose and missing cement so the coating will not last as it should do. They didn't cover my conservatory so I now have paint drips and overspray all over the conservatory roof. Next week it will be 9 months since we started with CleanandCoat and it is STILL NOT FINISHED.
