The thought of moving from books to app is an admin nightmare but it’s 100% worth it. Cleaner Planner combined with GoCardless has took me from chasing money to me being paid my full wage daily.

Customer support is quick to respond and excellent along with features of the system being excellent as well.

Has really helped our business step up a gear. The integration with Go Cardless and Stripe to take payments helps to make the business much more efficient.

Cleaner planner is the best thing ever to use for window cleaning. Our business has grown so fast. We now have a few more members of staff. Due to the accounts and work schedules being so easy due to cleaner planner. I would recommend to every window cleaner. Or cleaning services around to use.

This is honestly the best thing that ever happened to our company. We would be completely lost without it, as would our accountant. To lose this software would be detrimental to our company and cost us thousands. Also staff are very helpful and quick to respond.

Only reason is I have learning disabilities and find it hard to invoice with bank details ect so I get paid how to also write people of ect sometime I cant delete them some jobs are just quotes and need to delete ect but wont delete other than that it's great for time keeping knowing where your at and what your earnings g ect great system just need to adjust as never used computers much

Daniel, Sarah and the team have been nothing short of fantastic in helping me transfer data from a rival platform, including manually adding and back dating this tax years expenses.

The software is reliable and efficient, and whilst notably there are some additional features I would like, the package they’ve put together, and are continuing to develop is excellent.

Straight to the point! This software and app is a must have! Simple layout and nice to use. You can link it to GoCardless which is great for collecting payments automatically at the press of a button.

At the touch of another button you can print off your profit & loss accounts which clearly shows where your business is at.

I've had a few problems and i stress this was my fault and the help thats on hand is second to none! Quick to reply and in depth replies and simple to follow instructions.

Works okay but there is a distinct lack of a whole list of functions, ways to communicate with them, updates and willingness or interest in listening to suggestions and improvements. That and over complicated processes, unjustified price hikes with nothing show for it and numerous glitches in the search functions. Its now time to invest in a different planner with a lot more promise and developer interaction. And one that isn't afraid to show their customer feedback on Facebook!

Good app , but bit too expensive ...

Good software but terrible customer service. Will not deal with you live. It all has to be via emails, which means sorting problems takes forever if at all! So many options to help in todays world but cant even call them or request a call back!

This app shortens my working day, but not that effective on my PC.

love more to be added to the daily app on my phone ie add customers details to it , update telephone email details on the steps so to speak and sign customers up to go cardless by using the app etc

The most important thing is that Sara and Robert are so kindly and respond so quickly when I have some questions.

I tried out all the window cleaning software out there. Some are very easy to get started with but do not have advanced features (shift schedule, consolidated invoicing, etc). And some are outright clunky. This one really shines once you get the hang of it.
