Garbage company, as with other reviews, we had them booked, took a day off work, they didn't show, phoned and we told they were 10 mins away, never turned up.

Absolute garbage company, in a competitive industry why waste time with these no shows?

Our service was booked for 13:00. They told us 20 minutes before that they would arrive at 14:00. They then arrived at 15:00.
As they came in, one individual was on the phone and another immediately used our toilet.
Cleaning began promptly, they worked together starting hoovering. Working from the floor up showed a general lack of knowledge about cleaning techniques which was reflected in the overall quality of the job.
Large areas of the carpet were left completely unhoovered, windowsills were entirely untouched, door frames, skirting boards, and window pains remained dirty. The only evidence of their cleaning that we could find was in the kitchen which (bafflingly) was perfectly sorted.
A scratch on our lino was made worse, the casing of our fire alarm's wires was ripped off, and a hook on the wall ripped out and left on the floor. All of this remained unexplained as we went round at the end of the service to do our final checks.
When each of these things were pointed out to the three cleaners, they responded with annoyance and so much defensiveness that it became absurd. When told the windowsill was dirty, they asked "how can you tell?". Their attempt to rectify the dirty windows entailed one cleaner angrily grabbing a damp cloth with no product and loosely running it over the surface of the glass completely missing obvious patches of dirt, arguing the entire time, and knocking debris onto the carpet.

And as we said goodbye the head cleaner began to argue about the fee (£219 as set by the agency) and said that our flat was too large and too dirty to clean. This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, all of which had been explained to the agency when they calculated the fee. He then showed us a cut on his arm as if to prove his hard work, irrelevant and concerning.

It ended with us having to cut off his rant, and usher him out of the door with what we feel was an extortionate amount of money for a pathetic cleaning service.

We lost a day to this service and then spent an hour cleaning after they left. Never book with this company.

Booked for 9:30 am. No call or message to say late. Rebooked for 2pm. No sign by 5pm. Cancelled. Will never use again.

Tried to book in a sofa cleaning for a 4-person l-shaped sofa all was quoted for £60 and confirmed. A cleaning professional turned up for the appointment and expected to clean a 2-seater sofa and refused the work, understandably as he was misinformed about the job.

When I emailed to query the misunderstanding and potentially rebook the service, I was emailed a picture of my own sofa and told repeatedly it is a 7-seater sofa - a jumbo sofa which would obviously never fit inside my Victorian terraced home! Thankfully no money exchanged hands in this transaction but I’ve found the experience of witnessing a cleaning professional having their time wasted by poor communication and being lied to and gaslighted about my own furniture bizarre and infuriating - I would stay well clear of booking services with this company especially for bigger jobs than mine as it’s not worth the stress!

Maria was quick to organise this, the team of cleaners were thorough, good communication. Some things weren’t perfect eg the documentation or clarity of some things however the price was very competitive and the service was good. 7/10

How can this company still be allowed to offer such poor service.
I will be reporting them to Standard of fair trading.
They also only except bank transfer so you cannnot even get your money back. If you have a complaint they ask for more money before they fix the problem.

We booked a Deep clean which laid out which items were included, however they refused to clean the washing machine as it is in a cupboard next to the kitchen and not in the kitchen itself, despite it being listed in the point:"Clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards, drawers, washing machine and dishwasher".

I am very disappointed that this was excluded - when we had booked with the company previously this was not an issue. If we had known we wouldn't get all requirements as liste we would not have booked, as the cleaning of the washing machine was one of the main priorities for us and would not have required any additional effort.

When trying to raise this as an issue we were unable to reach them via phone and only got "Washing machine was in separate cupboard which was not included in the final cost and costs additional 30 GBP" as an email response.

Overall, I would not recommend this company and will not be booking with them again.

Poor quality of service.

Paid for End of Tenancy clean and was extremely disappointed with the quality level of cleaning service.

Oven, extractor, dishwasher, microwave all barely touched and still dirty. Dust on plug sockets. Kitchen cupboards and handles barely touched. Tops of kitchen cabinets left grimy.

The whole point of paying the premium for an End of Tenancy clean is for a detailed and deep clean of the entire property. This was certainly not the case.

Despite registering my dissatisfaction with the service all I have gotten back is denial and insistence that they did the job as described. So much for their supposed ‘guarantee’.

Would not recommend or use again.

I have used them for 3 years for end of tenancy deep clean and the previous 2 were good. They overcharged me compared to their first quoted price, but as long as the job was done right I let it pass. However, this year they forgot to clean the balcony and there was an oil blob stick on the floor. I called them and they said to send pictures, which I did. They never replied and totally blanked me. They never sent anyone to do the reclean which would have taken 15mins. DO NOT USE THEM - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

They were efficient and quick, but took the time to make sure the job was done really well.
We were surprised at how thorough they were.
Patio has never bee cleaner!

We recieved a great end of tenancy clean. They spent 5 hours cleaning the house to a really great standard after 6 years of renting. Communication was great and the price was reasonable for the size of the property. Would use them again.

I have used this team for a good few years now. They know what needs to be done. They make a real difference to my front garden. Everything is done to perfection and place is left cleaned of any cuttings etc.

Fantastic work the team has done. I had hedge trimming and reshaping to box shape(extremely large and overgrown). Very friendly, punctual and professional. This is the second year round and I will continue to use their excellent service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Professional scammers. Awful. And they didn’tprovide a receipt for the ‘deep clean’!

Booked a deep professional clean, whole job was "done" in an hour. Obviously not done to the standard you'd expect for a deep clean. Items agreed upon beforehand were ignored and not completed and then disputed after the fact. The house is certainly cleaner than when they arrived it's just missold and you're better off finding another company selling the correct service.

This company are a complete scam. They charged us £225 for a deep clean of a 3 bedroom house. Two cleaners stayed for 90mins and they barely cleaned a thing - everything on the agreed cleaning list was either not done or not done properly. I was completely shocked and feel taken advantage of. They asked for payment in cash which, in hindsight, speaks volumes. All the 5 star reviews on this site have to be fake or from the company. Absolutely avoid this company, they are a complete waste of time and money.

They guys cut our hedges and were efficient and fast. Very pleased. The only thing that gives them 4 instead of 5 stars is that they could have been a bit more attentive sweeping up the residue.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they were asked to clean a hotel bar and was contracted and paid to arrive 7AM in the morning they were instructed to clean all the wall and ceiling panels and carry out a deep clean.They sent 2 young children who arrived at 945AM who then refused to do any cleaning, we had to prepay £800 them up front
only to find they did not do any cleaning, as they told us they wanted another £2000 on top of the £800 already paid which was extortionate. We told them not to do the cleaning of the panels and ceilings and only concentrate on the deep clean, which they attempted but as they were so inexperienced they did a terrible job for under an hour, as our £800 deep clean service was for 6 hours and experienced cleaners, we had to employ a different company who then completed the works, initially we were informed by Cleaners London they would refund the monies but now they refuse, we are now taking legal action for the recovery of the monies paid to them, we strongly advise any new clients NOT TO USE this company and look at there previous bad reviews, its a shame we did not check them out on Trust Pilot before instucting them as we would not have used this company who are without doubt scammers

I paid for a deep clean of my 1 bed two bathroom flat. Someone stayed for 3 hours & did a surface clean at best not even making it to the kitchen. No response to my complaint. Will be taking legal action to get my money back.
