This is a scam. We were asked to pay the full amount which went up by 50% on the day of the clean when the cleaner arrived, supposedly because there was some rubbish left (as you would expect at an end of tenancy clean). We paid £729 up front and the place was left in the same state as before.

He said he would come the day after to redo the cleaning but the tenant was waiting there and no one showed up.

We are now pursuing this with our bank as a scam to reclaim the money.

Please do not trust Alexandru Razvan Moldovan.

Didn't clean anything, promised a refund now going radio silent. DO NOT HIRE ALEX.

Unprofessional, unreliable and don't turn up. I had booked the clean 4 weeks in advance for 8am and had a text confirmation. They never showed up and Alex Moldovan gave me some excuse about there being an issue with their system. After making a fuss they apparently did come later that day but did not do a very good job. They then promised to return today to do it properly and never did. Be aware of this company, I do believe it is a scam. They also go under the name of Magic Shine and the company was removed off the website bark.com (where I'd found them) because of terrible reviews. Amazingly Proffesional HC Ltd (the company named on the invoice) does appear to be listed on companies house.

I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning services provided by Alex. He not only failed to deliver on the job that we had agreed on, but he also asked for more money than what was agreed upon. This is unscrupulous and unprofessional behavior that is unacceptable.

Furthermore, Alex left our property in an unsatisfactory state, failing to clean the areas that he promised he would. This led to our estate agent holding another £250 from our deposit to engage a new cleaning service, which is a significant inconvenience and expense for us.

Instead of taking responsibility for his incompetence, Alex has resorted to sending us curse words and threatening messages, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

To make matters worse, when we did a quick Google search, we discovered that Alex is running an illegal business under multiple names, including Professional Housecleaners, Clean4u, and another. These businesses are clearly scams that prey on unsuspecting clients, and it is concerning that Alex is not registered with Companies House.

Overall, I would strongly advise against using Alex's cleaning services. His lack of professionalism, incompetence, and illegal practices make him a liability and a risk to anyone who engages his services. We are now pursuing legal action against him to hold him accountable for his actions.

Do not hire this company! Cleaning crew did not show up for the end of Tenancy Cleaning and owner/manager not processing refund. I do believe this is a scam.

I repeat, do NOT hire this company.

I would not recommend this cleaning company to anyone. They have really bad communication and do not stand by their policies. I payed extra to get my balcony cleaned and they literally only threw dirty water from the mop on the balcony and didn’t clean it at all. I didn’t notice the balcony not being cleaned until after they left and when I pointed it out the cleaner refused to come back although they state they have a 48h guarantee. I had to argue with the lady back and forth and although I had pictures for proof she still refused to help me or offer me a refund for the balcony. Very unprofessional and honestly just go somewhere else if you need the job done.

I paid for an end of tenancy clean. The cleaner was late and did not inform me of this. Although the property was cleaned, there were areas which had clearly not been cleaned and my landlord was not impressed - he had to do additional cleaning himself ready for the new tenants. After I contacted the cleaner about this, they have failed to respond to my message. Attached are photos from some areas of the house AFTER the service. I wish I had seen the Trustpilot reviews of this “company” as I never would have booked with them. Avoid avoid avoid.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!! 1) They charge you extra the same day of the cleaning, abusing your little chance of hiring a different company 2) They do not provide an invoice to evade taxes, so you can't do any claims 3) They do not respond for their subcontractors, if they don't provide the service you paid for, they don't respond. 4) They seem very understanding to provide solutions THEY WILL NEVER CARRY OUT.

This is a total scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Arranged an end of tenancy professional clean. Job couldnt have been done any worst (picture of toilet says it all...). After complaining, they sent another team the next day which showed up 1h30 late and after talking to the manager decided to leave and not pursue the job. Luckily I didnt pay anything but a lot of time wasted

I booked an End of Tenancy with cleaning carpet service for a 1 bedroom flat with this company.
Alex, the owner came in 5 hours late, asked me to pay before starting the job £236 (£171 + £65 for cleaning a wall)
I left the flat for 2 hours, came back to collect something and Alex had left the flat with the door open and the cleaning not done. UNACCEPTABLE.
While I was trying to call him ( no response ) a cleaner from another cleaning company came in but didn’t have the right tools as it was a last minute job for him.
I've been assured that the flat will be cleaned for the check out the day after.
I came the day after in the morning and the cleaning hadn't been done properly, the carpet was still dirty as it needed to be steamed, the windows in the bedroom hadn't been cleaned at all and the bath still had limescale... etc...

I have just received the check out report from the Estate Agent and they are deducting fees for cleaning because of this terrible service. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable .
I contacted Cleaning Estimate by email and tried to call many times, no one got back to me.
A total rip-off

£365 wasted. WARNING: They are not a registered company, they request money upfront into a personal bank account which actually goes against what their website says. Do not be fooled by their website, a web designer is a minimal fee compared to what they are charging.

Look, had they done a decent job then I'd be less frustrated. But they didn't, and they deserve to recognised as the unfair people and tax avoiders they are. Alex, if you advertise a certain level of cleaning, skill and care, then deliver on what you're selling. You shouldn't have to come back to 'try again'. Stop profiting off of peoples trust and/ or desperation - end of tenancies are difficult enough without you making it worse.

Having told them I needed it perfectly cleaned that day, Alex said his team could do it. Turns out they could not. The cleaners, one silent and the other bullish and intimidating, said they did an amazing job - they did not. When I reported this a couple days later when the landlord inspected the flat saying it was poorly done, they offered to come back but we all had doubts that they would improve on their first try and they knew they only had the one day, or at least Alex knew when I spoke to him. I asked for a partial refund, as they missed obvious spots, didn't clean behind/ inside/ under things, as well as completely ignoring areas we told them in person not to miss, we had also personally cleaned most of the place beforehand so we truly wondered what they had even done. Their carpet cleaning equipment is clearly not suitable for the job, which one cleaner repeated was because some stains won't budge and it will also look better when dry. The next cleaner (which we also had to pay for) got the 'stains that won't budge' out instantly. So, clearly the guy didn't have the right tools for the job or care. We had ensured everything was added in the quote - told them exactly the amount of staircases, rooms, hallways, landings, etc. Nothing was spared so we were honest enough and paid for the size. If you go for these guys, then just scale down the size of your place as they deserve it - that way you won't lose as much when they don't do a good enough job.
It seems they are just taking advantage of people at a stressful time, friendly at first with a nice website but I honestly would never recommend them. The company is too dodgy. We took the risk (our bad), and they couldn't deliver (their bad). A partial refund was the fairest compromise and he was unfairly against the idea because it isn't company policy - well, you didn't provide your company services as advertised, so I think we're pretty even there, mate.

Don't waste your money, go somewhere else and simply look for end of tenancy cleaners that offer money back guarantees which is how it should be. End of tenancy cleaners are almost 3x the price of a regular cleaner who could have done a better job than the two we were sent from Cleaning Estimate.

Awful service, booked an end of tenancy clean for a small one bed flat - the flat was already in a decent condition but I wanted the full deposit back.
Looks like the cleaners did not hoover before mopping as there was bits of wet dust and hair throughout the flat. Toilet was not even touched as it still had bleach from before. Kitchen sides not properly cleaned and neither was the fridge. Not sure what the cleaners were doing for 3 hours.

I ordered End of Tenancy cleaning and paid extra for windows facing a balcony to be cleaned indoors and outdoors. For a 2 bed 2 baths flat I overpaid £285 in advance, straight into the owner's bank account at his demand.
Although the cleaners seemed to work well initially, they refused to clean the outdoor windows even though I paid for it in advance. I had to add extra payment for them to do it. Whenever I wasn't looking, a window was neglected. The oven wasn't cleaned, and I had to insist that they clean the inside of the extractor.
However and above all, I chased Alex, the owner, for an invoice in vain!!! He does not seem to cooperate with the authorities. He refused to answer my phone calls and SMS messages altogether.
I needed an invoice to present to my tenants in order to collect the cleaning fee from them according to the rental agreement. Not receiving an invoice, I had to bear the charges as they refused to pay without a proof.
Beware and stay away from these schemers.

Sink not cleaned or bleached
Extractor fans and air vents wipe down
Thorough dusting- bedroom / hallways

Have contacted the company many times with no reply.

I engaged with this company to clean a 7 bedroom house. They sent 2 cleaners when I expected 4 which unsurprisingly led to a sub-standard job. They then hassled me for early payment and changed the quote to charge more without any basis. I found the whole approach highly unprofessional.

We booked an end of a tenancy cleaning: the estimate was £165. We had an issue with removal van so when the cleaners arrived there were still quite a bit boxes around. I asked the cleaners to start cleaning from bathroom and toilet and I would remove the boxes in the meantime. They refused to start until the whole flat was empty and asked for additional £800 bc it was messy. I would have happily paid more but the price was completely unreasonable. I asked if it was possible for them to wait 1h until I get the stuff out and they said 1h waiting would cost me £400!!!!!!!! Which was more than twice the estimate for cleaning the whole flat.

It’s ridiculous and it’s a SCAM. Do not use their services.

The cleaners themselves were very nice and did a good job but they showed up 3 hours late. When I tried to get hold of their boss Alex he wouldn't pick up the phone or tell me what was going on. Do not recommend.

Cleaners was amazing my home was left sparkling would definitely recommend lindsay an co.
