Almost pay for nothing
As advertise next-day delivery, but it has kept me waiting for almost two weeks. I forgot about it until I emailed them and learned they needed a document to verify my identity. They should've communicated this sooner instead of making me reach out. If I hadn't remembered the order, they would have taken my money for nothing.

Your order was for a restricted product as per the Control of Poisons and Precursors 2023. This legislation requires suppliers to gather further information such as the intended use of the product and photographic ID before shipping the product.
An email was sent at the time of your order requesting the additional information required but we did not receive a response and therefore were unable to ship the order.
Your feedback is valuable to us and we urge customers to check their emails for any updates once they've placed an order. Had we received the additional information at the time of the order, the order would have been shipped out for next day delivery.
Now that we have received the additional information, your next order will be shipped without delay.
