Very responsive company with reasonable shipping

I have been stitched by this company. I ordered 500 3m Sterigage steam integrators on 6/3/24 which had an expiry of 2026. I asked for a return, got an RMA #, returned it to them in perfect condition following their instructions. (I have proof of receipt on 6/29/24). It is 3 months since I returned the item. I have not got my refund yet. Numerous emails are not returned and no one picks up the calls ever. I got fooled by all the good reviews. Don't do business with them.

They take your money, send you the wrong products, then never answer the phone or respond to email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAMMERS

Like the rest of the complaints no returned phone calls and no answering my multiple emails. I don't understand how you can run a company with this many people being dissatisfied. My 3 out of 6 bottles of tube and tile were broken when they showed up at my house. I took pictures and sent them with my emails and still no response. Do not do businesswith this company........ And they are not training anyone.

They are scammers. I just wanted invoice of my order but they didn’t answer to my e-mails and mine call.

Awfull, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not answer phones , no one on CHAT that they tell you on their voice recodings are LIVE & maned, And no response on emails. Once they get your money that's it, NO MORE CONTACT. I ordered 2 Cast Padding (Medical GAUZE) They were awful, just falls apart. I've been using various brands for my foot for the last 8 months. NONE were this BAD. I just wanted to return the unopened package, no I guess it is going in the trash.
