Packaging not adequate
I think it was around that date that I ordered the toilet tissues which I was very distisfied with the expose tissue packaging. Not to sanitary with dirt and germs being able to inside the expose single tissues. in the future if I order again the box should be completely sealed.

Bad Service
If there is zero star, i would do that. This is ridiculous company. I accidentally placed an order with wrong shipping address, and right away sent email to them to request changes or fix. They didn't reply to me, and i urgently called them the next day early morning hour, they refused to change or cancel the order even though the order is not yet shipped out. I would reorder to the right shipping address, only if they cancel from their side. Now they are determined to ship to the wrong address, and of course i have nothing to do with the person who are living at that wrong address. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN
