Used for an end of tenancy Deep clean, very expensive service at €220. The results were shocking I had to clean the house myself afterwards, the cleaner was meant to stay for 10 hours she left after 5 hours. Customer service staff were very rude, not at all helpful and did not accept criticism even with photographic evidence! My advice is DO NOT waste your money on this service as they will not give a refund.

Had my house cleaned last Friday. The lady was very nice but poor english. She didn't know to use polish for the wood. Then she came and asked would she use the polish on the top of the Cooker. I went out for a while and came back to find out she had used the polish for all my kitchen worktops, and only used water to clean the sink.
I had to explain to her what to use on the bathroom.
They did give me 30mins reduction for her having to clean places again. However next day when the sun streamed into one of the rooms, I discovered all the dust and cobwebs, she had not moved the furniture when hovering.
I've send many e-mails and sent photo's twice and they basically ignore and then again today said they didn't get photo's.
Would not recommend and would never use again

Our cleaner was great, the back office that you have to work with as a customer is a disaster. I've never encountered a more disorganized or non-communicative operation. Again, our cleaner was great (when she was there) but it was almost impossible to know when she was arriving thanks to the gross incompetence of the Cleanless.ie back office. The entire operation is run more like a child's hobby than a serious business.

Paid a deposit upfront for cleaning. The cleaner never arrived.

Got this company to clean my house. Paid in full upfront as it was requested. The cleaner had forgotten to clean the upstairs when I enquired and they apologised. Despite numerous requests, they never returned half of what I paid for. Didn't receive a penny back.
My advice is don't pay upfront.

Asked them to do a full deep clean for tenants moving out. The package supposed to clean the whole house but when the cleaners arrived with Jay cloths and very few cleaning products I wondered what kind of deep clean they could do. I went and got them oven cleaner but they still didn’t clean the oven and didn’t touch the fridge and freezer at all. In the bedrooms they didn’t even pull out the furniture to clean behind it. I’m here doing it all myself now. When I showed photos to the owner she told me that I had her best cleaners in Limerick so I dread to think what the rest of them are like. I asked if they would come back and finish the job but got no message back.
