I had a mould removal service book for a Tuesday, the person who was suppose to come informed me they could not make it due to technical issues, which is fine and I had no issue changing the date to a Friday. He was suppose to come on Friday at 10am, exactly at 10am on a Friday I get a message saying my booking has been cancelled which has extremely pissed me off as I informed the person that I will be taking the day off work for him to come and do the mould removal. So for me to get the message at 10am that it has been cancelled knowing I missed a day of work for this has angered me. If you hire people, I suggest you take a good look at them and make sure they actually want to do their job. It’s completely unacceptable for this to happen, I would’ve understood if it was cancelled a day before that for whatever reasons but to know I missed a day of work just for them to cancel on the day is not okay . Terrible service and I will not be using this company AGAIN

Made a bookng and then washer said he could not do it that week because of his private work. Could not cancel without downloading the app which I don't want. A complete waste of my time and I would not use them or recommend them.

The ladies who arrived to do a deep clean were very friendly and extremely efficient. The clean was very thorough and they left all rooms sparkling and cleaner than I have ever seen them! I would have no hesitation recommending Clean Me London and will certainly use them again in the future.

I must say I was very worried about having cleaners in my home after a bad experience before, however the ladies from CML came today (Sam&Holly) They were just AMAZING! Polite, honest and punctual. They charged a good price for a job well done. I went for the clean where everything was included right down to bin bags I didn’t have to supply a thing. Worth every penny. Thank you ladies. I will definitely be using you again.

We have been using CML to clean our home what we are letting it through Airbnb. They have been communicative, very helpful and always check it’s how I want it. They have taken care of washing and pressing everything which has taken a massive weight off my mind. Everyone who has stayed has given cleanliness 5* and commented on how clean the property was. I was really anxious about finding the right company to do my end of tenancy clean. I really needed the job to be done well and really thoroughly. I really needed to keep my deposit!

But let me tell you.. Clean Me London has really exceeded my expectations! The level of detail that they put into the job was extremely impressive. I have NEVER come across such a diligent and thorough company. What really impressed me was how they paid attention to the tiniest of details around the flat, like the gap in the fridge door that I could never scrape the dirt from!

If you are looking for someone to help you out, these guys are the perfect fit for the job! Also my schedule was really tight due to the house move, but they found the time for me which really helped me out.

Last minute needed a deep clean of my flat before getting a new tenant and after a break up with my boyfriend. Sam was straight away willing to take this on for me, without any hesitation.
Just been back to the flat and OMG. It’s beautiful. All the little touches and Sam even went above and beyond and took my paint that needed to go to the tip! It really needed another pair of hands to make it feel back like home again before I move back in. Thank you so much Sam, Debbie and Holly! I cannot thank you all enough. It’s really made my day and I can’t wait to move back in!

We have used Clean Me London multiple times to clean and sanitise a residential home. The clean has always been to a very high standard and the staff are polite and professional.

We had a wonderfully clean house to come home to following Tara & Sam’s visit today. The deep clean service is exactly what you’d hope for with furniture moved/ cleaned behind, spotless kitchen & bathrooms and a feeling of a new house again.
Communication is also excellent when booking a visit. We couldn’t be happier and we highly recommend this company.

Clean Me London did a deep clean after some building work and it was just what we wanted. They also did it while we were away, so were incredibly flexible and accommodating with random messages from our holiday, working out how to get into the house and bringing their own tools and materials.

This is the most reliable, trustworthy and efficient service i've come across in London.
Ladies are always on time, professional and polite.
