I still have not received my product that was ordered before Christmas and when I check the tracking it only says in processing for over 2 months.

I ordered the brick vacuum on 26 November as a Christmas present. It still hadn't arrived 3 weeks later so I chased it up directly with the company as the tracking status wasn't any different from the day I placed my order. Communication was prompt although the content of the email didn't make sense (like English wasn't their first language). The order still hadn't been despatched and they blamed this on the heavy Christmas period (did they foresee this?). A week later it still hadn't been despatched so I complained as I wasn't going to receive this in time for Christmas anymore. They offered me a $10 voucher for a store but I am not local so I asked for that value to be refunded, which they did. Item arrived early Jan. My husband is happy with the gift. If you want your item swiftly then don't order through this company, or allow 2 months and kriptic email responses!

Such great service any questions I had they were happy to answer and provide solutions. Definitely recommend one of their vacuums, I've never had such clean Lego!

This is 1 of the best little vacuum cleaners I have had! Perfect for little jobs.

After waiting 6 weeks for the goods, I cancelled the order, tracking still said processing which it had said since the order was placed, would not recommend at all.

I've had the honor of owning a few products produced by CleanMyBricks. The vacuum was exceptional, and I have been using it consistently over the past several months to keep my collection clean and tidy! The display cases are also extremely high-quality and the perfect size for my desired display. The display cases look wonderful and are highly practical. They are also easy to customize. Regarding customer service, I have nothing but praise to give. Every interaction with the CleanMyBricks staff has been informative and high-quality! Can't recommend them enough!

I ordered a clean my bricks hoover as a present for Christmas.
It did not arrive till after Christmas.
It did not move for 3 weeks after I ordered it. Did contact company and they gave a discount. But it was a Christmas present which I couldn't give at Christmas.

The product is great!
It was slightly delayed due to holidays but the support team was amazing and assited me with the issue. The brush on the vacuum is really fine, just as described and it works great.

Very long delivery time (over 6 weeks), with little in the way of updates from the company. After many emails, my order was finally delivered. In limited use, it seems like it's going to clean as expected, so from a product point of view, it seems better than the customer service at least

I ordered th ie lego min-hoover in late Nov so I would have it in plenty of time for Christmas. I was advised that delivery date was 16th Dec it arrived early January. I asked for a refund and I was told it was in transit and so they wouldn't provide it. So I ordered a similar item from Amazon the week before Christmas and received it 2 days before Christmas. I will not be ordering from this website again. Tracking was useless, really disappointed overall.

Until the 30th when I had no updates other than it’s busy because it’s Christmas. Whenever I chased it felt very generic in terms of the emails received back with no real updates.

Explain to people that product takes almost 2 months to arrive. Product priced to high for what the product is

I ordered on the 30th November 2024, however when I check tracking it just says processing. I contacted the company again and they responded telling me that due to Christmas there was a backlog, but it had now been shipped, however this was 2 weeks ago and still no item. Checked tracking again and still processing, I’ve emailed twice now requesting a refund, which is now being ignored.

Safely removes dust from the smallest details of your displayed LEGO Bricks and Nanoblocks.
Easy to remove even if small bricks are sucked in!

Scam, avoid. They have no intention of filling orders at this point and do not issue refunds.

This is great for Lego and toys with small parts. It's also handy for smaller messes when you don't want to take out a regular sized vacuum. I also use it for my computer.

very good device, very efficient

Work well version 1.0, but also is needed to blow air for some difficult places. Batteries do not last enough. Overall it is a very good item for cleaning legos. I sided the device for more than a year with very good resilts
