I worked for this company for a over a year contract in by Sephora both in Newcastle and metro centre.

I worked my arse off for them never off sick up every day a 4am to be there for 7am.

But this day I was talking to a Sephora staff member who said Charlie Kirk deserve to be assassinated so I went on to say about Alina the Ukraine girl that was stab neck and left to die alone.
There was a post on TikTok been reversed to Which I said have you seen this. Faye the Sephora employee was offended by this and reported me Bear in mind this was not my view or my post I was in work the Monday clean the shop as it was a mess off the weekend.
Tuesday morning I was getting on bus at 5.20am to be told by a phone to go home I was suspended. Then dismissed

But Faye who also said Charlie Kirk should have been assassinated wasn't she kept her job.
I wasn't paid for the time I was suspended didn't write my own statement manger did. I was called a lier and racist by both company.

How is this fair

cleanology profits are achieved by not paying the cleaners, under no circumstances take a job with them.

We had a tough cleaning job of 3 cinemas - seats and carpets. The carpets came up a treat and the seats were much harder, but the guys worked really hard and there is a massive improvement.
Great response from the office in co-ordinating the team and helping with a little extra carpet cleaning. Would highly recommend

Recommended to Cleanology by a contact and booked them to do a deep clean of our offices after a Christmas party, they were on-time and quick leaving the office looking lovely for the new year!

We are a small Business Centre i Liverpool and we employed Cleanology a couple of years ago. They took on our regular cleaner, Kim, who we love and who does a brilliant job for us. The massive problems arose when Kim was on holiday. There were days when a cleaner would not even turn up! When they did, the work was just inadequate. There was also a massive issue with the delivery of cleaning materials. Sometimes Kim would be buying them out of her own money. We decided to get rid of Cleanology and employ another cleaning company.

At that point, Cleanology put a new Regional Manager, (whose name is Debbie Tench), in charge over here in Liverpool and from then on, everything changed! She called in to see us, listened to all our issues and set about sorting out all our problems. We decided to give Cleanology another chance.

Things now run smoothly. When Kim is on holiday, cleaners now turn up and we are happy with their work. When Kim needs cleaning materials, they are delivered the next day! All our issues appear to be resolved and we will therefore be happy to keep Cleanology on. As long as Debbie remains the Regional manager!

Do not work for this company at any cost, you will not get paid or if you do the amount will be wrong and you will have to wait months until they sort it out.
avoid at all costs, you have been warned.

Diabolical company a avoid a all cost robbing their employees of there hard earned cash !! Absolutely awful company

Awful company. Stopped providing service and then tried to charge for it. Threatening small businesses with debt collectors for invoices covering services they never provided.
Disgusting, stay away.

Very proud to lead this wonderful company of over 800 people for 20 years.

Garbage company that don't look after their own staff and couldn't give a flying **** when challeged
