We use Cleanprofs to clean our organic waste bin once every four weeks, and we are very happy with the service.

The system is simple and easy to use. They clean the bin thoroughly with high-pressure water and disinfectant, and since we started using the service, all issues with bad smells and small larvae are completely gone.

Customer service is also excellent — it’s easy to contact them, they respond quickly, and they are always helpful. Overall, a very reliable and well-organized service.

They came the first month to clean my bin. Since then no one has ever shown up again to clean the garbage bin. It has been missed for 3months straight. Not a reliable service.

My container is always thoroughly clean & the few times I’ve seen the personnel they’ve always been pleasant.

They have not cleaned on multiple occasions saying that the container was ‘too dirty’. We don’t have the option to clean the bins ourselves and therefore pay for their services. What they advertise on their Instagram etc makes it look like they clean the bins even if there’s some debris left but this is not true, complete false advertising!! I would not recommend them!

Listen I subscribed to Cleanprof’s bin cleaning service and paid for two full months, but not a single cleaning was ever done.

Despite our Restval bin being placed in the usual spot, the garbage was collected—but Cleanprof never showed up. This wasn’t the first time either. I had the same issue the previous month and even filed a complaint. Nothing changed.

I’m extremely frustrated. It’s been the whole summer and my bin hasn’t been cleaned once. I’ve wasted both time and money on a service that simply doesn’t deliver.

Though I don't know dutch the customer adviser managed so much to what I am exactly looking for. I was so much impressed with the help and support

Too many times that my bins have not been cleaned, and if they did get cleaned they were not really clean. Have had to call customer service too many times to complain, it’s easier to just cancel and do it myself.

Paid for 4 cleans and they did not even show up once.

Tried to cancel my subscription and (of course) demanded the money I paid to be refunded, still awaiting a response.

I believer after our neighbors saw the stickers in out trash bins they got curious and signed up and we saw more people using it. Coincidence or not Cleanprofs finally started coming every time. I even saw the cleaning truck arriving earlier (before bins were emptied) and I thought this would cost me a call to the service center. However, to my surprise they came back later the same day and go my bin cleaned! So I guess that solves the mystery. If there are enough people in your area you might be lucky to have a good experience. It is nice to have the bins cleaned regularly and I highly recommend it.

they signed a contract, took the money, for two months they didn't clean the bin even once. they promised to return the money but never did.

Like many others have pointed out, the service is not very well organized. They cleaned our bins only once and disappeared, never cleaned again. So I had to cancel my subscription (which is subject to one month notice, and you have to pay the full amount, for nothing!)

Update: unfortunately the answer from CleanProfs is misleading. I was one the service for 5 weeks, which means I get a full cycle of month (3 bins should be cleaned) + 1 week (1 bin). In this period I only got 2 cleanings instead of 4). So not even a full cycle. And apparently other customers have experienced the same.

Over the course of four consecutive months, the BIO bin remained uncleaned. Despite this, the service provider only refunded one month’s fee. Their explanation? A rather imaginative excuse: apparently, I was expected to clean the bin myself before their cleaning process. Yes, you read that correctly!

I have a contract with this company for a few years now but its time for them to go.

1. When the container has been cleaned dirty water etc is left in the container.
2. In the summer the company shuts down for 2 weeks just when you need them to clean the waste food section.
3. A number of times they didn't show up although they did refund me.
4. In Feb 2024 they didn't turn up for weeks and CS didn't answer emails.
5. CS is very slow.

Fantastic company and service - reliable, extremely helpful staff and they do what they promise - clean your bins so you don’t live with swarms or flies and horrid smell

Not recommended service at all, since I have contract with them they cleaned the organic container within 5 month, very poor service very poor customer service and all what you gonna get is lies and lies.
