I believe that the company is doing really great I always experience great customer service when it comes to me having any issues. I also love the product and I am pretty much satisfied right now.

I love love the Clean Cloths for Aging. I bought 1 carton via Amazon and so far so good. I will need to continue for a few months to be sure.
I accidentally purchased the Clean Cloths Regular at a great price since I bought 4. Recently I returned them for a refund however I would love to repurchase the Aging at a discount as well. We shall see if that all works out.

I feel the towels are much better for my face instead of reaching for the towel.

Checkout process designed to drive add-on purchases. Feels sneaky. When I tried to undo, i could not. When I requested to return they wanted to add a $5 restocking fee. "Customer Service" completely ignored my request to remove fee and/or escalate to a supervisor for review.

I've been using these cotton cloths for years now and just love them. They have many uses but mainly skin care for me, the dual sided textures are perfect! Also love the travel boxes!

Nothing! There was a mix-up with my order. I feel sometimes, when we verbalize, it might get lost in the translation. However, the problem got resolved. Thank you.

Follow up on the delivery info/tracking info. It was very confusing on which day it was delivering. I noticed the delay but there was no further info available.

I have been using the clean towels now for about 6 months. I love them. My skin is clearer, smoother and my pores are actually starting to appear smaller. I highly recommend them.

Placed an order for a gift that never showed! Have reached out for help several times and have gotten nowhere. Very disappointing.

Honestly the only towels I will use to wash my face & my hands. I feel so much cleaner & me being a germaphobe it gives me peace of mind! They’re also super soft & durable which is an added bonus!

Since I started using clean skin towel, no breakout, acne gone for good. I've made monthly subscription. So grateful my mental health is great, not scared of my breakout again..

This product is the best thing out there for your skin. Especially your face. I have been using the cloths for about three weeks now and I can really tell the difference in my skin. It’s smoother, not as dry and it gives me a certain glow. I will never go back to using a wash cloth for my face .

Love the clean towels! They are a great size to help clean and dry my face and neck thoroughly.
