I'm sending my complaint to the Better Business Bureau because you have said that you Missed but actually your company is a Fraud you have done this many times before and this must be stopped you can not have people do work and then not pay them . I have all the photos and the address of the property I worked at. I will also be reaching out to him to let him know that this company did not pay me for the work we did maybe he should know that you a bunch of of scammers.

Awful. Overpriced, dishonest, poor quality.

I am working with Cleanster from last few months and having almost no issues. However, in last month, I have cleaned a Airbnb from this application but I didn’t get any payment from application. And application shows me that they already paid me for job.
I tried to contact to the person regarding this issue but they are not answering my calls now and even not giving any answer on email or sms.
I just want to suggest every user of this application to be aware of this application.

Did back ground report and have been waiting 3 weeks for them to review it waisted my time and money

I recently signed up and completed one job two weeks ago. I have yet to be paid. My receive date was June 19th today is the 23rd. Won’t do another job ever. Emailed customer service three times with no response

This app sucks.
I wouldn’t recommend using this app. You pay 14$ for a background check only to find out the app gives you a set price for you’re clean which I find ridiculous. As an experienced cleaner looking to broaden my horizons I don’t expect to clean at a lower rate and not being able to set my own prices seems ridiculous.

I found this app very easy to use, a few features are very useful like After and Before photos of cleaning. Real-time progress status (checklist real-time update). The cleaner reported a problem which I can mark as solved or not. You can chat with cleaner within the app

This Company Cleanster is a fraudulent company. I clean two homes for them. I only got paid for 1 of the homes. I never received pay for the last home I cleaned. I called multiple times no answer. Left messages left emails no answer. No one answers the phones. I want my money for the job I did.

It’s a great company, so easy to get an appointment and have the great service. The people is very kind and are always available to give me support. I really recommend them!
