Excellent experience! Great product! I would recommend that everyone who has a plastic water filter case switch to stainless steel. My plastic cover cracked, and water exploded everywhere. Fortunately, I was home and heard the burst and was able to shut off the main within minutes; it could have been a total disaster.

Products have always been in stock when needed. Systems are fantastic. Variety of systems are fantastic. We most specially like the Water Well Book. It has been most helpful in several cases.

Chlorinator went out after 3 months . Knowing this I was told by two representative they would try to expedite the shipping of the new pump and instead sent it out 7 days when we have well water and water was horrible and stinky without the chlorinator ,purpose of buying this expensive chlorinator which went out after 3 months and dropped the ball on customer service and contact I'm the one who had to keep reaching out to get any service . I will never buy anything from here again .

Part of my order was delayed, I was not given any information about the delay other than the packing slip said delayed. I called and was told I would receive a call back and nothing, I still am waiting for information definitely not a great idea experience.

The Clean Water Store made product recommendations matched to my situation, and provided great support during installation. I have water from a well and wanted to reduce mineral staining without using a salt-based system. They did say a salt system would be cheaper but worked with me to find an alternative.

The warranty department was efficient and very easy to work with. Thought I have had two pumps to fail within 9 months of use each, the first replacement was free and the second was at a substantial discount. Devices failing is not a major concern to me as long as the warranty department honors their product warranty. I feel this company has met that requirement completely.
