Great ProOx system but bleeding edge is tuff.
Technical service support was very informative and understood the chemistry of my manganese problem. We discussed my water analysis and came up with a ozone green sand system to resolve my problem. ProOx system . I reserved a five start review since my instructions were not update for the ProOx lite I received. Granted I was the second system sent but the instructions were at best confusing or wrong. Probably won't bother subsequent systems but I was effected..

No all the parts that where in the instructions were in the kit.. After paying plumbers overtime on sat and sunday we were stopped. Called Monday and waited 8 hours to get the response to my question. Only to find out we didn't need copper cubes.
