Agreeing with the last review from April 2024. I ordered on November 23rd, 2024. It is now January 10th, 2025. My card was charged and I received a confirmation email. After that, nothing. I've sent 3 emails, all ignored. No product at all. Save your money and help report this scam company.
Ordered the product six weeks ago, at which time company charged credit card. Company has not shipped the product, and not responded to two emails: one asking for status and one asking for cancellation and refund. Can't say anything positive about this company.
Ordered on the 11th August and was notified of a delay in shipping until the 29th August and as such I would be upgraded to a better product as compensation. I requested an update on the 7th September as I have still not received the package. I was told they had been unable to verify my address. Reconfirmed the address they already had was indeed correct. They notified me they had sent it (however they had reverted back to the original product not the upgraded product) on the 7th via express post however I am still yet to receive it. Today I received a delivery confirmation from them and a request to review their service however there is still no product to review, as it still has not arrived. Communication has been awful and frankly I will not be ordering from them in the future.
Clear-skinz on my Giant Revolt. Very happy with the quality of the product and installation. A few days notice was all that was needed. If you're in Perth I'd definately recommend saving yourself the time and getting it installed by the professionals.
Excellent service. I called to enquire about a product on behalf of my brother in the UK. Within hours of placing my order, it had been cut and mailed. We received it within 2 working days.
