I ordered something for Christmas
I ordered something for Christmas, still have not received the item. When I contacted them to see if it’s even been shipped and they said I would get the item by January 22nd 2024. Still have not gotten it. I contacted them for a refund and they said it will take up to 20 DAYS for a full refund. Horrible site horrible customer service and the few good reviews on here are getting responses from them but no bad ones I wonder why?

Scam company
Scam company, be aware of them. I paid for my item and not only have they not sent out, they sent an email saying it was canceled and I would get a refund. No refund, but now I have 2 tracking links one saying canceled the other still saying awaiting shipping.
Their email link on their website just takes you back to the home page. If you call them out on their fake ads on social media for being a scam, they just delete the comment without ever addressing the issue.

I'm very worried about this site
I'm very worried about this site. I feel tricked because I thought I was purchasing Coldwater Creek. I saw differently when the charge instantly appeared on my debit card. I tried to cancel, before they process purchase, but cannot find a way to do so.

Do not waste your time buying from this…
Do not waste your time buying from this company! They sent the wrong item I purchased and when informed, they told me I would get a refund which I'm still waiting on. They never offered me a pre-paid return label, considering it was their misdemeanour of shipping the wrong item. Why should I have to pay to return it?
Also, I was informed they don't actually have the item I purchased - false advertising.
Having tried to email them again, their email address suddenly doesn't work and I'm still left with the item I don't want.
Absolute disaster of a company with horrendous customer service. Don't waste your time.
