Firstly, the company itself for booking and enquiries are amazing! Reasonable prices, they able to answer any questions you may have.
The two lads that attended my property, Jordon & Connor were great! Very respectful and got the job done quite quickly! They also cleaned up all the debris and dust on the floor too! I had a rat in my property which I made them aware of prior to the visit. Jordon successfully removed the rat, too! Those lads deserve a Christmas bonus and payrise!

Simon and Steve were great. Very fast and efficient and tidy. They swept the garage after moving all the rubbish. They were also careful to take before and after pictures.

AMAZING GUYS
CLEARANCE & CLEAN UP LTD came to collect my waste from my kitchen refurb. There was a text saying 'be there in 10 minutes' and they were. Simon & Daniel were friendly and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them.

Booked 8-10am, arrived almost 3pm.
Booked a 8-10am slot which cost £30. Was told they would arrive before 1pm, then at 1pm, they said it was 30-45 mins. They didn't get there until almost 3pm. Still waiting on the refund for the time slot. Caused a lot of problems as I couldn't be at the property and had to get help, fortunately I had a friend who just happened to be off otherwise no one would have been at the property.

Work carried out but customer service and communication lacking
We placed an order for the collection of two sofas for between 3-5pm on Friday 12th September. We paid an extra £20 to secure this narrow timeframe as both myself and my partner were at work, with my partner finishing around 2pm. Got a voicemail the day before stating that they couldn't guarantee 3-5pm bit could do between 1-6pm. No mention of a refund of the extra money paid. Tried to contact them, they never answer the phone. Partner rearranged some work to make sure he was in from 1 on collection day. They rang him saying they will be at the house at 12.30 (!) which my partner said was ok. They then called him at 11.20am to say they were outside the house, whilst my partner was still at work, meaning he had to rush home from work early. Why offer a narrowed down slot or a slot at all if you aren't going to arrive anywhere near that time slot! Really poor, and won't be using this company again as a result. The only reason this isn't a one star is because the work was carried out satisfactorily.

Firstly, I apologise that your collection didn't go according to plan. We complete 100's of jobs daily and in general things run smoothly.
With regards to time slots, we do our upmost to stick to them but the nature of the work means they are missed on occasion. In these cases any extra payments are refunded immediately which I'm certain yours will have been (please double check this and get in touch if you do not feel this is the case).
From reading your review, this situation does sound particularly disjointed. That's not how we generally do things and I will be looking into this.
With regards to us not answering the phone, I'm not sure how this is possible. We have a number of people available to answer calls and pride ourselves on making sure no calls go unanswered during office hours.
I did have our team look into this and they could see no call from your number on the day of collection?
Again, please accept our apologies for missing your time slot and not managing to provide a 5-star service on this occasion.
