It was a hot day and the staff were excellent, friendly, worked hard and did a very good job. Mason even rummaged through packed bags to find me a box of vacuum cleaner bags, which I needed and which he remembered having seen while packing. Highly recommended.

From my first telephone call for a quotation to the actual clearance everything went very well. Staff are very polite and helpful. We couldn't be at the flat for the clearance so left a key. We used Clearance Solutions recently to clear a 3rd floor flat which was very messy and dirty with problems with bed bugs/cockroaches. Carole in the office was so helpful to set it all up and the guys that did the clearing were extremely friendly, punctual and positive. I was very happy with the service provided which made a very difficult task (clearing due to a bereavement) much easier. Highly recommend this company.

We had to call in the above company to deal with a house which was cluttered and in an absolute mess. They were quick to respond to the initial query, flexible about the date, and prompt in arriving. Once they started, we saw nothing but hard work and professionalism, and they were very polite and calm in all our dealings. They also turned out to be quite informative and knowledgeable.

Clearing a house after a bereavement is a demoralising undertaking but when an expert team takes it on they can really lift that burden and the items if possible can be reused.

I can only echo what so many people have said. I had to clear a flat on the third floor of a block and this was a good experience from beginning to end. Email communication worked well with Carole to get a quote which was competitive and reassuring that it could be done in a day. It helps to send lots of photos to show what needs doing. On the day the three man team arrived right on time and then after a quick look around, efficiently cleared everything barely stopping for a break. They were friendly, polite and did check one or two things with me as they went along. They cleaned up afterwards and left the flat and communal areas they'd used without any marks. Really good job done and I don't hesitate to recommend them based on my experience.

I booked Clearance Solutions to remove unwanted furnishings from my late parents' home. They were excellent, packing a large amount of items (some small which needed packing into boxes - e.g. books, and others large, e.g. beds, tables) in a short amount of time. They were friendly, clear on pricing, communicative and efficient. Highly recommend.

At short notice the job was reviewed and arranged for the requested date. The price was quoted and adhered to. Clearance Solutions arrived punctually and quickly removed a load of rubbish from our cellar (a job I had been putting off for years); loaded boxes and furniture onto their van to take to storage, where they unloaded and put them into our storage unit; dismanted a double bed and took it up some very awkward stairs at our new house and re-assembled it; packed shelves of books into boxes for storage; shifted furniture upstairs; and did various other tasks that weren't foreseen but needed doing. They were incredibly helpful, efficient, flexible and quick, and we will be using them again for another move. I would recommend Clearance Solutions very highly indeed.

Really recommend this company. They removed all the rubbish and did all the work (carrying stuff down 3 flights of stairs) for such a reasonable price. It was immaculate when they left and I hardly heard them when they were working! Very nice and polite staff too.
