My wife booked accomodation with Clearblueseas. Subsequently, they informed her that it was doublebooked. But they said that the deposit that was paid by credit card would be refunded to the card. Yesterday, my wife got her credit card statement and of course, it had been charged but not refunded. If we have ever experienced worse service, we can't recall it. These guys are best avoided at all costs.
