I had a very disappointing experience with ClearCorrect treatment through this practice. DO NOT use them!

After starting the process in October, I waited over four months for my aligners, only to be told at my fitting appointment that they didn’t fit due to a likely manufacturing issue. I left without any treatment, despite already committing financially and entering into a payment plan.

It’s now been even longer, and I still have no aligners, no clear timeline and no resolution - yet I’ve already paid £380 for a service I have not received. The lack of progress, accountability, and communication has been extremely frustrating. Patients should not be left waiting months, paying upfront, and then left in limbo when things go wrong!

I would STRONGLY advise others to carefully consider their options before committing to this treatment

Do not give Clear Correct your money!!!
They do not take ownership of their incompetent mistakes. One of my teeth did not move down due to a clear oversight on their behalf. And when I submitted the case they refuse to rectify it. All my teeth are aligned expect for one clearly out of sink it looks ridiculous. That is why they insist on you paying for everything up front, they take your money and do not care. Now I have to go spend the same amount of money for normal braces - something I should’ve just done in the first place

I have spent £3000 on clear correct and they don’t fit me properly

I have been in touch with my Dentist regarding Straumann again and they keep fobbing him off saying it’s being looked into, the implants have broken off and there are broken pieces still implanted in my jawbone, Straumann are a disgrace, do not get any implants from this company, they are absolutely dire

Straumann customer service is one of the worst!
Spoke to someone name Briana, asking if she can resend another return form and I complained that the 1st person failed to send me for some reason.
She hang up on me!

I’ve been a provider for ClearCorrct for a couple of years. Expect no customer service. They either hang up on you or are rude when they respond. The local rep is nice and polite but he makes promises that he can rarely keep, probably because he’s buried in solving issues. All in all, expect unnecessary stress.

I worked for ClearCorrect for over a year and a half in the manufacturing aspect of the company. ClearCorrect is owned by Straumann, a company that is based in Europe. ClearCorrect is very resistant to changes put in place by Staumann with the phrase that's used often:
"It's not US it's Straumann" the result being that Straumann OFTEN has NO IDEA what is happening at ClearCorrect.
Case in point: The HR division at Round Rock Texas ClearCorrect that routinely fabricates scenarios in order to fire personal.
I was unjustly fired from ClearCorrect as was my manager not long after me. In my case I requested that the security footage in the 3-D Print Rooms where I worked be reviewed. Understanding that these cameras are REQUIRED to be running 24/7 for insurance reasons I was certain of my exoneration.
My request was denied on the grounds that NO VIDEO EXISTS. A subsequent "follow up"(rubber stamp) investigation took place and I was denied access to the video yet again.
