The ClearDeck hub brings jobs, clients, inspections, and firm settings together so the office and the van work from the same picture. You can run the day-to-day workflow on a phone, keep client history tidy, and stop chasing notes across apps and emails. Modules sit inside that hub — including ZipCert for electrical certificates (EICR, EIC, Minor Works, and more), and The Shark for pub stock and ordering — so each tool fits the same firm, not a pile of separate logins. We design for real firms: sole traders and small teams who need something that works on a phone in a van, not a desktop system they’ll never open. Offline-friendly flows, clear PDFs, and less retyping are the standard we aim for, because time on site is what pays the bills. We’re registered with the ICO (ZC271080) and we take data seriously. Trial users can download their work before they leave, and customers get export and account deletion options. We’re a small team building for people who do the work — if something’s slow or wrong on site, we fix it.
