Wonderful Service, extremely thorough and helpful, covered a lot of topics that could've easily been left out, but instead went a step further than what was required. Communication is an important part of ClearFocus Legal's business; they let you know where they are with your progress at every step. Would definitely recommend!

As first-time buyers my partner and I had an endless string of questions, doubts and worries - some valid and others not so much. Every single one was met with understanding and professionalism by Mohammed and Rimsha.

When it came to time-sensitive decisions and offer making, they were extremely fast to act. This we cannot stress enough, as we don't think we would have ended up living in our new home if they hadn't been so on the ball.

They answered countless emails without delay and in extreme detail, and always had time for an impromtu phone call for clarifications. We never felt like we had to remind them of anything, every detail about our purchase and what stage we were at or what was coming next always seemed fresh on their minds when we spoke.

They really did such a good job at putting us at ease during a stressful life event, and the purchase could not have gone any smoother.

Mohammed clearly explained the process to me at the outset so I was well informed of what was going to happen with both the purchase and the sale. He explained things very clearly and didn't drown me in jargon which was great.

Fantastic experience buying a property

Mohammed was dealing with my purchase of a new build property within Edinburgh. He was excellent. He made sure to discuss everything and explain everything step by step so that I understood exactly what was going on from both sides of the negotiation. He was always contactable and reliable - even out of hours if I had any questions or concerns.

I had Clearwater Legal deal with the buying of a property. A challenge from the start due to the property being a conversion and first time dwelling.
