Recently bought a rug from clear halo; at no point did i see anything that explained that it was a chinese retailer so i was surprised at the 3/4 week delivery wait. It essentially was a £20 rug with a £120 shipping cost. The picture shown on the website is very misleading, the real product is just an image printed onto some plastic feeling material, and the image is of very poor quality and has been stretched to fit the size of rug and therefore the image is pixelated. They boast an easy return system but they will not pay for the postage so i'd have had to pay another £120 to receive my £140 back so instead they offered me £14.... Stay away, not worth your time money and stress.

They actually sent me the products I ordered and the items received are exactly as the description says, however the shipping experience was a nightmare; ordered on apr 30 and received on june 11 to shippings to west coast usa, and i had no tracking on shipping until the last 3 days of the shipping. i suggest you budget at least 60 days if you are ordering an item from clearhalo. Also some parts seem used and manuals are in chinese, so you might need google translate to assemble the products

Ordered the Metal Cylinder Multi Light Pendant Nordic 3 Head ceiling lamp. Requested specific colors for the heads, and was quickly contacted about making that happen for me.

It did take a few weeks to get to me in the USA, but it was worth the wait. I love the light, and will be ordering another!

PS- light was packaged well, arrived safely and customer service was always fast and professional!

Good company and good products. satisfied with my purchase from Clearhalo . Ordered two light units which arrived in good time and well packaged. The lights themselves were straight forward to install and intuitive in that the shades are held on with sturdy magnets. Good company and good products.

Ordered 2 bathroom lights on their website, they were delivered promptly by Tracked service and the items were well packaged. Price was the best we had found and postage was free. No issues, a great service. They even emailed to check that everything was ok. Appreciate it Clearhalo
