Will definitely be ordering from here again

After waiting months for delivery of an expensive cabinet, the experience was extremely frustrating.

The product arrived without written assembly instructions, relying only on an unclear video that made it really difficult to understand how to assemble it properly. As a result, the cabinet was assembled incorrectly - something only discovered afterward. A professional furniture assembler that I hired who tried to fix it, explained that the lack of proper instructions was unacceptable for a product at this price and that nothing could be made.

Customer support repeatedly dismissed the issue as a simple hinge adjustment and asked for more videos, despite that I and a professional assessment confirming a structural problem due to lack of proper instructions.

The only resolution offered was a 10% discount, which does not reflect the unusable product or additional costs incurred. I accepted it solely to end the exhausting back-and-forth.

Overall, a very disappointing experience in both product quality and customer service. I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

The service was great and smooth and the product is really good.

looks very elegant. I bought two, and one arrived with a broken glass. I contacted customer service and they immediately arranged for a replacement. I received the replacement glass within a few days. Despite this minor issue, everything was resolved smoothly and I'm very happy. Thank you!

After a 4 month wait after placing an order, which I was messaged that it would be that late in observing a Chinese holiday, which shouldn't affect me because I'm not Chinese. What finally arrived after such a long wait, was a rickety loose jointed pipe chandelier with one of the positive wires to a light socket disconnected. Piss poor quality, and a slap in the face after waiting so long, which should've been refunded half of what I spent to be fair. So probably costing me double to repair it.

The gold light I ordered is more copper than gold. It comes from China, The return policy is: The customer pays postage, then ClearHalo will determine if you are refunded the cost of the light (only, not postage)minus a 10% restocking fee. To return the light I have to send it back to China at a cost of $100.00+ dollars. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ClearHalo again!!!

Initially, I was skeptical. The only way to communicate
with this company is thru ‘chat.’ I have, however,
been very pleasantly surprised. Each chat was answered efficiently, and right away.

I ordered two nightstands. I love the way they look,
as well as the quality. The products were extremely well packaged to prevent damage during shipment.

I accidentally threw a part of the assembly away with the box and have been kindly helped thru that process.

The adjustable height is a great feature that clearhalo have gor this chandelier. With multiple extension rods, I customized the height from 37to96 inches, perfect for my dining table. The flexible canopy was also helpful for my sloped ceiling.
I have made sure I spoke to customer service before placing my order and the team was very helpful and made sure all the customization note were sent to the factory

Messaged about one of the lights I purchased a number of years ago being dimmable. I got an immediate reply and assistance with the switches, and how to keep the current integrity of the fixture. Was willing to help me put in a new order with customization! Incredible customer service

I ordered a bench from Clearhalo which I liked because it was very different to anything I'd ever seen before. It did take a while to arrive but it arrived in absolute perfect condition and looks fabulous in our new kitchen.

Ordered a side table, which was exactly what I was looking for, I have some unique specifications for this side table & very few items would have worked AND also were stylish.

The long shipping times are real, my item took 6 weeks & the last 4 weeks or so, there were no tracking updates.

But my table finally arrived & it’s exactly as depicted. I love it.

I did email customer service when there were no shipping updates for a few weeks & they replied promptly with an accurate update.

I bought a dining table thee and I love it. Took a bit longer to get delivered but the wait was worth it! The table is pretty good quality and looks really elegant and solid! Highly recommend it!

I ordered the Reading Lady’s Lamp. The only fly in the ointment was the waiting and wondering. However, when an order is placed we are told it may take 10-20 business days for delivery. And that’s what happened. It was delivered tightly packed and ready to assemble. It is as advertised. Thank you.
