From Clearhalo I got a Modern Sink Porcelain oval-Shape, drop-in Sink. It arrived at the expected time in a super excellent packaging inside a wooden frame. Beautiful Porcelain Sink, light weight that perfectly fits the opening left by my previous old porcelain cast-metal sink. Thanks Clearhalo! Great Online Store!!

The chandeliers (four) are excellent quality. Communicaton was second to none. I even changed the delivery address without any fuss. FIVE STAR PLUS.

I purchased two large light fixtures from this company, but had quality concerns. The shipment took a long time to arrive from China.

After leaving a negative review, and emails with their service department, the company did agree to issue a refund.

My electrician would not install the light, considering the wires to be undersized, and the mounting hardware insufficient to hold up the large fixture overhead.

Since my electrician was not available until shortly after the return window (30 days, unfortunately), the company did not initially agree to refund, but due to my circumstance, they did agree to refund, and I will give the company three stars for that.

I would recommend to take a good look at items you buy from this website, the fixtures I bought looked good, but the quality was questionable.

I ordered a massive mural for my dining room wall, it came very well packaged and in faster time then was originate predicted.
I had contacted Service when it got hung up in customs, they responded immediately, then went on to keep me updated on its progress right up until it arrived at my local station. This was very helpful in assuaging worry over your purchase, great tracking system.

I ordered a wall sconce for my bedroom to place above a mirror. The product was beautiful and the quality was superior. Unfortunately, the piece did not work above the mirror therefore had to return. Their Customer Service was above and beyond. Absolutely no problems and refund within 3 days!!!! All in all it was a win/win!!

I bought a molecular semi flush mount from the Clearhalo site. They informed me when it would be delivered and they respected the date. I had full tracking. The quality of the light fixture is high. Even better than what showed on the pictures. They were quick and responsive to my questions. This is a serious company.

Amazing quality and design. I bought 2 rugs, one for my lounge and the other for my bedroom and the dimensions were perfect. They're lightweight and affordable but still look high end. Would definitely buy again from Clearhalo

I addended my review from 2 to 4 stars as they did work with me and refunded without having to ship the item back which would have cost more than the item cost. I also wanted to note that I did not have any quality issues but only opened one of the products as the color didn’t work for us.

I had a problem initially with installation of a light. I asked for help and received a response and help the same day. The customer service is awesome. Great product too.

We ordered Circular Crystal Prism Flush Ceiling Light Minimalist Gold Flush-Mount Light Fixture for Bedroom and looks very stunning in our living room. very good quality chandelier and value for money.
We asked for more pictures of the chandelier before purchasing they emailed us with pictures from the warehouse and it looked exactly like the pictures on the website
