I was sent out a hugh bill of €42.99 on 3rd September,2022 and then again €38.29 on 9 October,2022 and I was on a €12.99 plan. Will never recommend this network to anyone.
Guys don't switch your network to clear mobile, just noticed yesterday, I am not getting any incoming calls and messages.
My colleague was late yesterday she was calling me and said my phone is going on voicemail,
I asked her can you try it now, she did and same thing happened.
Also downloaded speed is sooper slow.
I contacted to them today but they could not solve issue.
I don't like ti give bad reviews, but I am sharing my experience with you, bcz I don't want u to do same mistake as I did.

If you are thinking of switching to this provider DON’T. Coverage shocking. Roaming useless. Customer support dreadful. In response to my query I was told to try switching my phone off & on again !!!

Wish I'd read the reviews below before spending money on this network.paid for one month, n once off month installation fee.they told me to wait till old network released my number before inserting new sim.old network still operating several weeks later.tried logging into my clear account.password not working.requested re set password.no sign of password so I can't do live chat.tried contacting them on messenger.no reply either. I changed cause roaming didn't work when I travelled.poor experience so far.
I have just left Clear Mobile to switch to Eir. I had no problems with Clear Mobile while at home in Ireland, but the data roaming in the EU simply did not work. I was always able to get through to customer support via chat (albeit on Facebook Messenger as they did not have any other means of contact, which I found very unprofessional), but no matter how many times I tried to change my configuration settings, the data simply would not work anywhere in the EU. Which meant I had to purchase eSim packages every time I went travelling. Would avoid
Horrible service, website took money from my bank twice because of they’re bad glitchy website saying “please re enter a valid debit card” even tho it is valid. I suppose this is a way of them to steal your money because even tho that error comes up they still take your money. Going to dispute it with my bank if the money doesn’t get refunded today. They even had the gaul to ask me if I could stay with them and I wouldn’t have to pay. Oh yes and they also charged me with reconnection fees??? What the hell is that about and they never explained why. Don’t trust this scam of a network provider.
Do not under any circumstances use clear mobile even after closing account they still charge your account. They are an extremely dishonest company to deal with.

Very Bad, took 2 months 14.99, i never even used them, i asked for refund, la al ala, just fobbing me off, very disappointed with them,
Messed up my move from another network (so my customers can't ring me anymore!)
No technical support (no phone number, and chat support is always busy, come back later).
Abysmally bad, keep away, it's not worth the savings.
No way to cancel your membership by yourself.

I'm so dissapointed. I was excited about getting this new phone for privacy reason. Within the two first day, the screen shattered without me dropping it. It's very sensitive phone. I called to see if they could help me but because I hadn't purchased their insurance plan of 100$ us per month, they said they couldn't do anything. I ended up tossing this phone and keeping my old iPhone since I didn't want to spend more money of this phone. One thing though they were kind when speaking to them. They just couldn't do anything and no company where I live was able to replace the screen since they don't have the model. I thought since I called within the first time, they would be able to do an easy exchange while they repair the screen but they couldn't.
The poor reception was one reason for leaving Clear Mobile, but that I had calls made to America - on one day there was a total of 15, some lasting four minutes others for only a matter of seconds - charged to my bill over a four month period was my second reason for leaving Clear Mobile.
But thinking that they would not be able to charge me the latest bil,l since my bank card was changed for renewal purposes and I had prematurely left the network, I found a new bill on my mobile banking app this morning in which nearly €30, rather than the advertised €13 was taken from my account.
How a network without being informed by me of my new card details can continue to take money from my account is beyond me. I tried their online chat service. However, all the online customer service employee did was repeat the refrain: how no such thing has ever happened before; that there was never any (I hate saying the word) hackings in the network’s history; and that it is fully secure, so the calls must have been made by my phone, did not leave a satisfactory fell about it.
Well, I live alone, I have no contact with any American relatives, I cannot fathom how I would ring someone 15 times in one day alone - sometimes for only a few seconds - and my phone is always beside me and locked.
So would it not have been more wiser to admit the mistake, apologise, and not take money from my bank account when I did not consent to pay the additional charges to America.
In conclusion, they are an unprofessional, unscrupulous company, who provid a terrible network service, that not only has a poor and restricted reception, but, also, always that annoying, muffled sound.
4G coverage on and off in rural Galway and Roscommon, I had Vodafone before coverage a lot better.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Clear mobile is not a runner I cannot recommend their to anyone. Their customer support is worthless if you want to Mobile service with any reasonable professional level of support go to a real mobile service provider clear mobile is not one of those
I have been trying for the past 2 days to contact Clear mobile owned by Vodafone a brick wall every time so i contacted Vodafone as an ex customer and asked them to put me through to Clear Mobile as I was having difficulties another brick wall they cannot even give me a contact number or email, I am trying to figure out do they not want new business or just could not be bothered?

This WAS 5 STAR review as moved 5 numbers to them. Today however got email that “ As requested, your Clear Mobile account has been suspended.” and phones stopped working 1h later.
Agent explained “… someone has claimed that you have provided false data on your account and so as per the regulations, we had no choice but to suspend your account. We need your help to get it sorted.”
WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY DATA TO MAKE THAT ACCUSATION?
HOW JUST LIKE THAT WITHIN 1h THEY CAN BREAK THE CONTRACT.
