THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS – ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!

When I first dealt with this garage, they were all smiles and charm — incredibly helpful, sending pictures, promising the world: full service history, a fresh MOT, everything sounded perfect. I was reassured every step of the way. I thought I was buying a decent, reliable car.

But as soon as the car was delivered, it all fell apart.

The very next day, the engine warning light came on. After some digging, I found out that this wasn’t even the same car they advertised and showed in the pictures! Alloy differences, small things.
Only 6 months MOT, was told 1 year, full service history , 3 balding tyres and a cracked wing mirror on arrival, costing over £400 to fix.

I’ve had nothing but issues since, and it turns out there’s about £3,000 worth of repairs needed to make it roadworthy.

dealing with this garage since the sale has been an absolute joke. Calls go unanswered, or they tell you they’re “too busy” or “on lunch” — and then they hang up! If you’re lucky enough to get someone on the line ( manager and co manager same person btw) they’re rude, dismissive, and downright chauvinistic. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and clearly do not like woman having an opinion.

If you’re thinking about buying from this “dealership” — DON’T. Go literally anywhere else. They’ll take your money and vanish. You’ll be left with a dangerous car and no support. Honestly, someone could get seriously hurt driving one of their cars.

Stay far, far away.
Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car.
Horrible, lying men.

“30 day warrantee” never payed

Bought a Suzuki swift off them. Was ok at the time, 2 weeks later the gearbox links broke. They claim to have a warrantee for 30 days but still haven’t payed up after over a year. They started off just delaying me and saying they will do it soon. Ended up ignoring my emails, call them every morning for weeks. It’s only about £150 but it’s about the principal at this point. Been over a year now

No one should fall victim please.
This car dealer need to be arrested.very argumentative and proudly saying to me he is running a multi million business and if I took him to court he gone win.i told him how frustrated I am because I have no car and I can't go to because of no car.i told him am a self employed and no income is caming in and is triggering my mental health he started laughing and making a fool at of me.he is keeping the car and my money as I write.

Avoid this company

The car I wanted to view was so hard to find as this company have so many cars parked bumper to bumper,it was unreal. The car was right down back, covered in a leave film where it'd been standing for who knows how long. In photos car body work looked great but when viewed it was in a bad condition on one side. Looked like a bash, a bad repair and paint job. Before even looked under bonnet, there were quite a few things wrong. The guy trying to sell to us seemed to not know anything about the car! The whole experience was very suss and dishonest in my opinion.

These people are criminals do not buy…

These people are criminals do not buy anything from them, I bought a Ford Focus from them on Friday they gave me a fake logbook and when I tried to put tax on the car it wouldn’t let me, they then told me I need to get a v62 form, I was only given one key, coincidentally the night after I bought the car someone opened the car with a key and stole it, it was %100 them who stole back the car

This is the worst car dealers ever…

This is the worst car dealers I have ever dealt with. The car I bought was at least £2000 cheaper then the market rate, but little did I know the engine was a complete wreck when I rang them up the staff claimed it was my own fault for not checking the vehicle properly then started getting abusive. I will no doubt be reporting them to trading standards

avoid at all cost, the forecourt is like a scrap yard with hundreds of cars bumper to bumper and the most unhelpful and rude staff i have ever met, practically got to beg them to sell you a car and their knowledge is shocking, please look at recent reviews... this company has nothing but bad reviews lately and i can see why!

Cowboy motor company

Cowboy motor company – avoid at all costs!
I purchased the car which didn't have an MOT certificate from Clearmount car group in February 2022. After a few days, they delivered the MOT certificate issued in Slough. I was pretty concerned about the headlights, so I took the car to the ACC garage in Woking, and I've been told that the car shouldn't pass the MOT! The seller said they would cover the cost of cleaning the headlight's lenses, but after over a week of waiting for the refund, the CC group completely ignored me. I reported the garage from Slough to DVSA.
