Poor results and not the right phone numbers

Gave me the wrong info....not the person I was looking for but looked up the address current owner instead of the name I gave them. the data was so messed up. I asked for my money back and they said i need a PayPal account to get the refund. which i still haven't received. yes it was a smaller order but its all about the details with skip company's.the only ones that were right was the wrong person. it took me a couple of days to relies it so that was very frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this service

Been using these guys for my skip tracing for over 2 years. Im a real estate investor and I do tons of cold calling. Hands down best data out there. Very good customer service and very reasonable prices for this level of quality.

Always help if there's any type of problem and have great results compared to price.

Had a very positive experience with the company on 7/26/21. They timely delivered skip-tracing, 81% hit rate: good price.
Left them a 5 star review on their website. Left the real-estate industry several months later. Received excessive number of texts from them and asked to be removed from their list as I no longer needed their services. They finally stopped, but still kept my information and sent me another email today. They do not respect customer contacts. I have talked to multiple managers, and I am still being reached out to contrary to what they say. Do not recommend.

Since my last review I can say that Dany El-Saadany reached out to me and was extremely helpful in solving all my issues with promotion/discounts on my skip tracing lists. I really appreciate the help and I will continue to be a clear skip customer for my business needs going forward.
