Customer support (which can only be reached by email) is a vacuous black hole. I received product with a broken pump, emailed support, no response for over a week. I went to buy more, added to cart, did not check out for a day or two, and SUDDENLY a text from support offering to help me check out. I explained about the defective product. The person on text offered to help me get a new bottle at no charge. I excitedly thanked them, then they went dark, never responded to my texts again, and 2 weeks later with no email or text communication and an unusable $40 bottle of sunscreen on my counter. Terrible.

I’m writing this review because I believe affiliates deserve to know what happened to me while working with Clearstem’s affiliate program.
I promoted their products starting in September and generated:
Revenue: $191,093.50
Commission owed: $38,218.70
These are not small numbers. It took a tremendous amount of time, budget, and effort to achieve these results. I kept full documentation: screenshots, tracking data, email conversations, and performance reports.
Despite this, after requesting my payout since September, I still have not received a single dollar. The responses I got were vague, repetitive, and kept delaying the payment without providing any concrete reason or timeline.
What shocked me the most is this:
👉 After I continued asking for a clear payment update, my affiliate account was removed completely.
I suddenly lost access to the dashboard and could no longer view my historical data.
Fortunately, I saved the evidence beforehand.
This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
For a brand operating in the U.S. market, I expected transparency and professionalism — especially when working with affiliates who generate significant revenue for them.
I’m not here to make accusations, but based on what I experienced, I strongly urge other affiliates to be very cautious when considering working with Clearstem. Large commissions that took months of effort should not disappear without proper communication or resolution.
If Clearstem resolves this issue and processes the payment, I will update this review.
But as of now, this has been one of the most concerning affiliate experiences I’ve ever encountered.

I’ve been using Clearstem for a few years now. I was resistant to purchasing because of the price but now I know that it’s def worth the splurge. I started with the bounceback and it’s my go to serum and then the clarity, sunscreen and hydroglow. At this point I’ve tried all of their products and again always have such great results. I have really sensitive skin and can easily break out so it was great to find a brand where I don’t have to worry.

I've been taking the Mind Body Skin supplements for a few months, and within the first month I noticed a change. I was getting hormonal acne, the pimples were hard and painful and they would take forever to go away. After the first month of the supplements they were gone. They've been gone since!

One of the only skincare lines that has actually helped my skin! I've been using Clearstem products for the last 2.5 years, and I can't say enough good things. I struggled with acne through my teenage years and into adult, I've been on Accutane, I've tried so many products and medications over the years but Clearstem products are the only thing that have truly helped my skin!! I'm SO thankful to have found these products.

The hydraglow moisturizer saved my skin from an endocrine disrupting moisturizer I was previously using! I owe my life to this brand.
